At a first glance hotel was pleasant, decorated nicely & clean. However no hot water on the first day we asked for someone to check it whom he said it’s broken, maintenance will be in tomorrow to fix it. 4 days later still nobody has fixed the shower and we’re still having cold showers. Room hasn’t been cleaned in that time either although stated it would be every other, no clean towels, no toilet roll, no water to drink (even if paid for) Tours are extremely expensive through this hotel so advise to to research elsewhere for cheaper options. Building works going on which blew dust into the room and covering our clothes/bags & bed. Screaming little kids with no respect for other guests outside the bedroom window at 6am after politely asking them to move along and be quieter they stayed and continued to shout. Buffet breakfast is gone unless you get there before start time (7am) and limited food allowed - don’t eat the pancakes either couldn’t be rawer if the chef tried. Wifi non existent on 3rd floor, Only positive is the pillows were comfy.

It's quiet, clean and spacious room. Forgot to take room pictures as we're in a rush. There's a nice pool too and the location is just near the town center. We were walk-ins and checked in around 2am and I thought you'll have to stay there for 24 hours or at least the check out is around 4-5 pm since it's like 500 peso more expensive than booking online. However it's just the same here on trip.com which is the check out time is 12pm so I just booked on this app as it is cheaper. Quite disappointed with the hotel rules.

The location was good, as it was very close to the bus stop and convenience store. Unfortunately not very close to the beach. But the tricycle ride is about 15 minutes to get there. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed the slides and having facilities for children. The breakfast was not good and extremely basic. Our room was spacious but the water heater was hidden under the sink, and we had to endure cold showers until we complained and they showed us. The staff was friendly and helpful. Considering the overall price, you get what you pay for, with a little extra. Would recommend for a 1-2 night stay, but not longer.

Nice resort near beautiful White Beach in Moalboal. Perfect for people who like lounging on the beach, diving, and/or want a stress free vacation in a resort. It’s about a three hour drive from Cebu City and about an hour away from the typical tourist attractions in Moalboal (hence 4 stars for location). They provide basic soap and shampoo so I’d suggest bringing your own toiletries. It’s better for the environment!

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Blue Orchid Resort! The serene atmosphere, stunning ocean views, and the privacy it offers make it the perfect destination for a romantic getaway. The snorkeling right off the shore is breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We also have to mention that ChatGPT recommended this place to us, and it was spot on! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable experience in Moalboal, this is the place to be. Highly recommend! On top of all, I forgot my passport and went to Cebu, and the owner went out of his way to bring it back to me the next day!!!!

Our stay last Summer in Sea Turtle House was great and wonderful. Me and my family had enjoyed staying in this beautiful, safe and peaceful place. We are on a long trip and we have stayed at approx 80 hotels this year this hotel has some brilliant extra touches ( fresh mango in room) for Asia as well as some plus points for Asia. What stood out for me was the smell of the towels and linen so nice and better than some 5 star hotels. The hot and cold water dispenser in the room The bed size and the soft mattress ( so many hard mattresses in asia) the hotel is set back from the main road so quiet. But walking distance to the bars and restaurants and beach for snorkelling. A range of activities and transfers are offered too. Friendly staff Freshly cooked eggs and bacon and other items for breakfast. good range of drinks at the bar and WINE !! The food at the restaurant is superb and we found much better than some restaurants in the village even though they scored well on trip advisor. Shame more people from outside don’t try the restaurant .

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food, and good location. The cleanliness was an issue though- Woke up every day with more and more bites. Found many insects and cockroaches in the room. Bedsheets were also a little stained upon check in

A new hostel, the facilities were excellent. Basic but clean rooms, really nice communal areas. The breakfast was really good every day. There was a choice of eggs, fresh fruit and a few other options. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had an issue with withdrawing cash because a lot of the nearby ATM’s weren’t working. They helped us by driving us to a local ATM that they new was working. There is a free shuttle to the local supermarket and to the beach every hour which works really well.
