Keys of Sicily - Appartamenti Modica Bassa

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Keys of Sicily. The apartment is a brand new remodel in the historic center of Modica. It has a huge balcony extending the full length of the apartment with outdoor seating and a table and chairs. If you would like to do your own cooking, there is a fully furnished small kitchen with excellent new appliances including a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and large refrigeration. There is also a new washing machine that came in very handy during our stay. The apartment is in the perfect location for enjoying the historic center of Modica with restaurants, shopping and sites to see within easy walking distance. This apartment is a true gem! Our host Giovanni met us at the door on arrival. He was great at reviewing all of the sites for us to see in Modica and nearby towns. He answered all of our questions, and made sure that we had a good parking place for our rented car. One day later, he texted us to follow up. My wife and I have travelled all over the world, but we have never met a kinder, more client-centered, and better organized host than Giovanni.

Tasteful, light appartement for two. Good location to explore Modica and environment. Comfortable bedroom, very quiet. Modern bathroom. Living room/kitchen with dining table sofa. Large terrace with limited privacy. Very well equipped house. No basic kitchen stock (pepper, salt, oil). Good coffee available. Very attentive host. Free public parking approx. 10 min walk.

Lovely, clean, modern little apartment. In a slightly dingy alley, but close to the main street in town and a short walk to the old part of town. Giovanni was extremely nice and helpful, showing us parking, booking restaurant, providing advice and allowing us to check in a little early. Really comfortable apartment, and beds, with a small balcony. Very quiet at night. Near to restaurants, supermarket and parking. We had a great stay. For some reason you can't pay through ***********, you have to make a bank transfer. I was understandably a bit nervous about this. It was fine, but a bit of added hassle and I suspect some people are put off by this.

Wonderful, well-equipped apartment. Newly renovated to a high spec with high quality finishing touches. Big balcony to relax and plenty of restaurants nearby. Giovanni was an amazing host and was extremely flexible with an early check in. He was alao a whatapp message away for advice and travel tips. Highly recommended!

Die komplett neu sanierte Wohnung im 1. Stock mit großem Balkon hat die ideale Lage, um Modica Bassa zu Fuß zu erkunden. Auch ist sie ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Barockstädte, wie Ragusa-Ibla, Scicli, Noto etc. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Gastfreundschaft von Giovanni, der mit uns eine kleine Modica-Rundfahrt gemacht hat und uns kostenlose Parkplätze gezeigt hat.
