What can I say about Modica Boutique Hotel? I LOVED IT! LOCATION: GREAT! Easy to find, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. PARKING: Free Parking in a lock-up garage; private and very safe, with lift connected straight to Hotel. ROOM (Superior): Spacious, Modern, Very clean, Very comfy bed, Cozy linen, State of the art Shower, Relaxation at it's best! BREAKFAST: Spoiled for choice, everything fresh and delicious. Buffet Breakfast 'a la grande'! WATER MACHINE ON EACH FLOOR: Empty bottles provided for free cold or room temperature Natural and Sparkling Water HOTEL RESTAURANT: We had one dinner. Limited choice, however the food was cooked to perfect, presented well and we loved it. Very reasonably priced. STAFF: Polite, courteous, professional, and always with a smile. I highly recommend Modica Boutique Hotel, especially for those travelling with their car by ferry to Pozzallo, as it is only 20min drive. You will not regret it. Modica Boutique Hotel is classified as a 4-star, but for me, it beats a 5-star hotel, by far! THANK YOU MODICA BOUTIQUE HOTEL FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO WONDERFUL!

what an experience .this hotel is 100% wonderfull it was one of my bucket list to visit again, breakfast is something to look forward too ,so much to choose from, its the biggest breakfast i have seen in a long time , room are spotless so clean and tidy, staff are full of smiles , nothing is any trouble if you have any requests

This boutique hotel is right next to a gas station on the roadside. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Parking is very convenient. The service is polite, warm and thoughtful.

I liked the hotel. The location next to the gas station did not bother me. By Italian standards, the breakfast was excellent and varied. Although the croissants were not impressive, the choice and quality of the food was good. Delicious coffee. There were problems with connecting to wifi, but I managed to solve it myself (the reception staff could not help). The SPA costs 20 euros for 50 minutes.

A very cost-effective hotel with its own underground parking lot (free). Before checking in, park your car at the main entrance of the hotel (only temporary parking). After getting the room card, you can swipe the room card and lift the barrier to enter the underground parking lot (the same entrance for both entry and exit). The hotel has a good restaurant. There is a gas station at the entrance (really at the entrance), and a large supermarket next door. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, with a single bed at the entrance, so it is also suitable for three people to travel and live. The breakfast is rich, delicious and fresh. It is the best choice for next time you come to Modica.

The structure is excellent, located a little outside the center, but it's fine as it doesn't have parking problems and chaotic traffic.

Servizi all'altezza, personale disponibile e preparato. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato coperto. Camera non grandissima,ma funzionale e pulita.

Clean, Big Rooms, Good WiFi help full stuff. The only drawback is there not a lot of activity around. You have to go Modica Bassa. Problem to come back no taxis service from there. If you go with your car it impossible to find where to park.

Nice hotel. Free parking. Handy location of you have a car. It's a 40+ minute walk to the old town. Friendly and attentive staff. Average breakfast. Uncomfortable beds, 2 types of pillows, 1 hard 1 soft. Nice en suite with lovely hand soap, shower gels and shampoos. Free refillable water bottles in every room. Dispensers on every floor. The sauna and steam rooms were great but for a charge of €20 each use. You have to book. The gym is crap, 2 tread mills and a bike. No room for anything else which was a huge disappointment. Nice pool and pool area. Only given 1 key which was a little annoying.

A wonderful hotel where every room is different. Everything is a price of art. Amazing location in the heart of the old town and parking in the street is easy and 2 euros for 5 hours. A real pleasure to check in and we could choose the room we wanted. We went for traditional.
