Cleaning should be improoved. Location is super, dozens of restaurants walking by, just above metro and bus station.

Great hotel for a great price. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. Tonnes of shops and cafes near by. I recommend Cali restaurant. I am please with my 4 day stay here and will be back.

The hotel is clean and relatively new/updated. The cleaning staff was nice and accommodating.  The front desk staff might not appear to be warm or lively, they were actually very helpful and accommodating. I think this hotel might be the best in the area.

This is the 3rd time we stay there. This is a good place to stay in the PanYu area. It can also offer convenient access to the Guanzhou city via the Metro system. The hotel has improved since our first time there, they have some renovated rooms which have a better layout than the normal rooms. It seems management has also improved a bit as service has improved. Only note is that sometimes there is dust in some areas of the room or hair in some corners of the toilet area. Other days they clean well, so it seems cleaning is ok but not super consistent.

Thus is a great little hotel if you want to stay in the Clifford area of Panyu. It is conveniently located across the street from lots of shopping and food choices.

So convenient, nice location. The semi buffet on 2/f is good.

Good for work around the area

Not very clean hotel..breakfast has hardly any options in western food..serve Coca-Cola instead of juice in breakfast

My main purpose in choosing this hotel was the convenience, and it did not disappoint. The bed was extremely comfortable, there was hot water and the air-conditioning worked. The room was clean on the surface, but if you moved any furniture, you could see that it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a while. All in all, a good option if you need to be in or close to Clifford Estates.

The location was the best and connected with the metro and the supermarket and full of restaurants. The front desk service was very good and the staff was very friendly. This was my second time to come and I hope I come back again in June.

Very convenient location with MTR station and many restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, nice staff and reasonable price.
