Best Club Vacaciones Pueblo Indalo

Todo en general muy bien solo decir que la habitación que nos tocó no era de las mejores y tenía algunas cosas en mal estado como el microondas y una silla de la terraza rota pero el hotel en general super bien y el personal también. Repetiremos.

Gran experiencia, lugar económico pero de gran calidad para pasar unos días en temporada baja. Desayuno muy recomendable al estar incluido. Tiene una gran oferta de servicios. Parece ideal para familias

Todo bien a excepción de la limpieza en la habitación. Se han limitado a hacer la cama.

Las instalaciones estaban bastante bien, en la piscina se estaba muy agusto, el supermercado lo mas! Si lo llego a saber no me voy cargada de casa, precios muy buenos. No estaría mal renovar los billares y bajarlos de precio y poner algo más, dardos, mas mesas de pin pon... El buffet desayuno no estaba mal, pero alguno de los camareros poco agradable, adjunto foto de la cucharilla que me dieron para desayunar. Ya que te toque un apartamento u otro es otra cosa, a nosotros nos tocó mirando a la plaza, pero cortan los ruidos a las 12. En general bien, seguramente repitamos algún año.

Apartments are relatively aged but have recently been refurbished and they are clean and tidy. Not luxurious but all the basic amenities are available. Public area also been refurbished and the terrace looking out to the sea is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. Food at the buffet was plentiful and satisfactory. Great resort for family with young children as there is a full entertainment programme. Excellent value for a beach front holiday.

Nice hotel, very clean and well kept. Would not return, however. We came as a family of four, two young kids 5 and 2. When we arrived at 10:30pm, we checked in after about 5 minutes, we got to our room and we asked to change rooms straight away as we were unaware that a one - bedroom apartment consisted of two single beds and a pull out sofa, not ideal. Reception immediately offered us a room in the Buganvilla block, 2 bedroom apartment with queen size beds which was much, much better. The block we stayed in was situated right next to the children’s splash pool which they loved. Long walk up the hill though, from the main reception/ bar/ restaurant area. Things that were particularly frustrating with this hotel are the meal times and pool opening times. Our block is at least a 10 minute walk to the restaurant and bar. Pool bar and hotel bar and slap bang next to each other which makes walking to the bar to get a drink a bit of a jaunt, especially if you’re at the splash pool, you are taking a 20 minute round trip to get drinks up numerous flights of stairs. We also had to buy bottled water from the on site supermarket, as they don’t stock these in your room despite it being all inclusive. The pools are good, but not opening until 11am is a real pain. The “whistle-happy” lifeguards don’t permit inflatables in the pool or food and drinks to be consumed within the white perimeter fence of the pool, which is about 5 metres from the waters edge at the main pool. Plus point is there are lots of sun beds, readily available. The meal time is 8pm for evening meals which is too late for young kids, which has led us to having to buy food sometimes from the on-site pizzeria, which negates the fact that it’s an all inclusive package. If you dine at 8pm it’s fine, anytime after 8:30 and it’s absolutely packed! Entertainment is far too late too in my opinion, with the kids disco not starting until 9:15, our kids both in bed by then. Overall, this hotel predominantly caters for Spanish guests, and this is not a complaint on my part. We had a great family holiday but we had to make it work. Staff are all friendly.

Food needs to be better variety to cater for children and an earlier time than 8pm quite late for smaller children. The distance between the top children's pool and bar to get drinks is very far, Would benefit with a drinks bar at the pool side. Lots of steps to apartment and around the hotel too.

Location of the hotel was fantastic, across the road from the beach so views were amazing. Our air con broke 2 days in and we were moved to another room with views similar to the previous one, this was dealt with straight away. The rooms came with a good size fridge freezer, a microwave and small hob. We knew there wouldnt be a kettle from reading other reviews so took a small travel one with us .We were all inclusive and found the food was plentiful. Drinks were table service in the main restaurant , you are given a list when you arrive of what drinks are included so as long as you order those there is no additional cost. There were 3 waiting staff who we saw most while we were there , Eugenia, Antonio and one man whos name i didn't get, but they were so lovely, always greeted us pleasantly . It was super busy with lots of students staying there and every member of staff were rushed off their feet, they work so hard. It was our first time visiting mojacar and we were not disappointed, im sure we will be back.

My partner and I stayed here in May. This review is about how an issue we had was managed by the staff at reception. We have visited many Airbnbs, Hotels and apartments in Spain over 20 years. We have never experienced such efficiency, empathy and excellent customer service. The staff, Ludo, Sara, Angela worked as a team to resolve our issue in a seamless way. Because of this we will be booking some return visits. We had a fabulous time staying at the Pueblo indalo. Derry O Connell
