Got the master suite here for one night. Check in was easy and the receptionist was helpful. We got the suite on the 13th floor. The room itself was spacious with multiple rooms separated by a door, and a balcony to see over the landscape and Ocean. While the room had plenty of space, multiple things were not up to the standard I expect for a master suite. First of all there were technically two bathrooms in the room, but both were not especially big and you do not have much room in either, as well as the shower being built into the tub, which is not something I like at all. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was also very loose so it went to either side as you tried sitting down quite easily. The TV also seemed like a big afterthought, as it was just placed somewhat randomly close ish to the couch, and it being far smaller than many I've had in standard rooms in other hotels in the past. I expected more on that front with this being their premier room type. The bed and everything else was comfy and fine, with no clear issues outside the prior ones mentioned. The breakfast was also fine and the 2nd floor restaurant space was spacious. The receptionist was also kind enough to pour me a beer even though the bartender was sick the night of my arrival. All in all though I cannot give too high marks given the status of what by all accounts is their premier and top tier room type at the hotel. Nonetheless I think most will have a good stay here.
