Fantastic stuff, full day of animations, hotel standard is very good, clean , food tasty, i visited Tunisia on April so weather was been different everyday , but hopefully animators made wonderful job :)

Looks like this hotel is under new management / development. Located right on the beach. Language spoken by all staff is french. Location is very quiet no external bars etc. Excellent food, still waiting for the snacks though , there aren't any. Alcohol isn't up to much if you like your drink on holiday. Average rooms don't expect to much. Pool area is good. Hotel reasonably clean given it's under development. Staff are so friendly. Evening entertainment is good but needs to be more reflected of guests and not staff entertainers. Don't be fooled by the Turkish bath. They don't have one. You get a body scrub, exfoliating , body mask and massage which isn't very good it was more like someone ensuring all your body cream is rubbed in. Good for adults not a place for kids

the dj and one of the main animators midou made our experience amazing, i have never been on holiday before coming to tunisia and i wouldn’t of expected anything better. even lotfi the bar staff made us feel so welcome. we had such a amazing time!

I went with my family. Disappointed.Food was repeatedly everyday. Pool was unavailable. Beach was full of sea****.Cat was walking in dining. Birds were flying and siting and eating from the trolley. Entertainment was fairly good. No air conditioning.If we ask they clean the room . Never they changed bed sheets. When I booked the trip they said all these facilities are available. When I asked them the staff in dining and reception they are shaking shoulders. I never go back to this hotel and I don’t advise anyone.Not worth for money.

We visited this hotel in October of 2023 and checked in late, because of our flight. We had our luggage delivered to our room, the room was clean, big, comfortable, the room keepers were doing their best to surprise us with flowers on our nightstand, with flower petals on the bed, the towels were changed every day. The staff was so polite, the waiters were wonderful, the food choice was quite large and it was rarely repeated.. Everyone was ready to help at any time. The pool and the beach were also cleaned every day.. The sea was warm and cristal clear and the sand was white… Animation team was also wonderful, friendly, trying their best to entertain us, despite some tourists being rude to them… The easiest thing to do is to find faults somewhere, or in someone, it’s much harder to actually enjoy yourself… This is the country of good people, with an amazing culture and many things to see and learn… I recommend this hotel and I recommend to visit this wonderful country… I hope to return soon!

Negatives: Wasn't really for families. Food wasn't great Location was very poor Pool was out of use No lifeguards in the in door or out door pool. Nothing to do with the children throughout the day. Birds in restaurants Positives Everyone of the animation team and staff were friendly. Animation team are really were good at their job. Able to get a taxi to sousse mediah for 40TND Mall of sousse was 80 there and back. Found KFC I personally would not return

Reception staff very unhelpful, refused to turn on coffee machine, even though I had to wait an hour for taxi. 4 star hotel with 2 star service. Entertainment staff a joke, su su was nice. Room cleanliness, couldn't be bothered, just threw duvet on bed. Shop a complete scam. 5 times the price, when I questioned this he laughed. Food was very good and varied. Nothing to do here. High price of hotel. Doesn't reflect service.
