HORRIFIC! It was the worst experience I have ever been through!! Management: Rude to their guests, with an attitude problem and terrible management skills, and not willing to help at all. Staff: They did not speak any English and couldn't understand anything you said to them. They served my daughter alcohol instead of Sprite and were fist-fighting in the kitchen. They were short-staffed, with only one person at the bar during meal times serving the whole hotel. They were refilling water bottles to serve the guests. The Love Holidays rep also did not help at all and kept stringing us along. Rooms: There was no AC, fan in the bathroom, ventilation, chair, or sufficient lighting! The balcony was so dark it was scary and filled with bugs, couldn't sleep with the doors open. There was also no mini fridge or kettle. The room was full of mosquitoes, flies, lizards and cockroaches. Bathroom hygiene was extremely poor. The taps were running yellow water that smelt of sewage. One of the bedrooms was severely damp; the air was thick, which caused an asthma attack in my child. Food: For the seven days we were there, the same food was served: two fruits every day and dry bread. Nothing was served for their international guests, and there were no flavours and long queues for fresh food. General: You have to pay guest tax on arrival, a deposit for pool towels, and a deposit to use the safe. The spa had no appointments, only 2 out of 10 guests got to book a massage! I had to wait 30 minutes for my massage after making the appointment. The hallways to the back bedrooms were very dark , insufficient lighting, the kids were scared, we had to use our mobile flashlight. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!
