酒店景色尚可，但是服務上有很多方面需要改進。泳池的租金需要單獨租借，特別不方便，周邊吃飯不方便，酒店自己的自助餐又各種要求，給顧客發了不同顏色的手繩，塑料死扣的不能摘下來，一直戴着很不方便，但是衹願意提供一次，不夠人性化。酒店設施比較陳舊，性價比一般

النزل كان رائع المسابح نظيفة والبحر كذلك المطعم به كل ماطاب من الاكلات البحرية والخضر واللحوم كل متوفر العمال متخلقين ...جلال من ليبيا شكرا على حسن الاستضافة المكان جميل و العمال لطفاء واسلوبهم لهم رائع

المرة الاولى أزور تونس...استضافة رائعة في هذا المنزل...الغرفة جميلة نضيفة و المكان هادئ.....المطعم رائع الماكولات لذيذه جدا ومتنوعه...العمال لطفون كثيراً و يرحبون بالجميع...شكرا لكل الطاقم الجيد سوف نعود قريبا

نزل جيد جدا و جودة الخدمات ممتازة. من الأول تم استقبالنا احسن استقبال مع غرفة جيدة مطلة على البحر و المسبح. الاكل لذيذ و ذو جودة عالية. العاملين في النزل و خاصة في المطعم أصحاب خبرة و كفاءة و داىما في الاستماع.

صراحة من أفخم الفنادق الموجودة في تونس، سواء من حيث شساعته ومكانه الرائع بقربه لشاطئ البحر، وكذا موضعه الذي يسمح يتواجد أشعة الشمس طيلة اليوم، كما يتوفر على مسبح كبير يتوسط الفندق بشكل رائع، بالإضافة إلى ديكور وهندسة عربية مميزة تكسوها أشجار النخيل، كل هذا يضاف إليه الإطعام الرائع والخدمات الأخرى المتوفرة مثل قاعة الرياضة والمسابح المرفقة. برافو للقائمين على الفندق.

لقد زرت هذا النزل المرة الاولة و كانك تجربة راءعةًو معاملة جيدة كل العمال بشوشين و الغرف تطل على البحر مباشرة و مناضر جميلة شعرت براحة و الهدوء….رغم اننا في فصل الشتاء لاكن كان طقس جميل هناك القليل من النقص في المطعم لاكن الاشياء الجيدة اكثر .. انصح به من يحب الهدوء

Thank you to all the staff of Royal Thalassa Monastir - all of them are very nice, kind, responsive people, ready to help always and with a smile. Thanks to the reception staff for the wonderful welcome and accommodation in apartment 428. The view is unique!!! Thank you to the girls, who clean our rooms every day, to the guys in the restaurant and bars, who work tirelessly to make the guests feel good. Many thanks to the people in the kitchen for their efforts to offer delicious food. There is always something to choose from, even if you don't like everything - you won't go hungry. Before I made the reservation, I read a lot of reviews - some positive, some quite negative. I can say that I have not for a moment regretted choosing this hotel. I received wonderful treatment from everyone and enjoyed my vacation. We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday here and with the help of the staff we organized a surprise for him. I have been in many hotels in different countries - both in very expensive chains and in cheaper ones as well. At Royal Thalassa, I was impressed by the attitude towards the guests, and that is really the most important thing. Definitely recommend and would happily come back P.S. We spent 7 nights All Inclusive holiday from 14th to 21st July 2024, 4 adults and a 2 years old child.

Came for my birthday with my sister in February and had the best time. The hotel is beautiful. Within the first day we knew most of the staffs names as they were so friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff were brilliant! As a fussy eater there was more than enough choice. I 100% would come back even if it was just to re-visit the staff!

The entertainment team are fantastic. Nino leads the team with a sunshiny spirt, providing dance lessons with shimmy moves, stretching and all round fun activities. Fantastic personality from all the team, fun loving and exciting. Pika madi & paolo are all the best team to keep your holiday interesting and Fun! Great hotel, lovely pool, great coffee/ cakes, food. Great holiday!

Such a lovely hotel, the views of the pool are beautiful and all the staff are so friendly. The live entertainment and singers have been amazing and the animation team have great energy getting everyone involved if they choose. The entertainment mean are a great laugh with some great dance moves.

Fantastic hotel and restaurant - the food has lots of options and are lovely. The rooms and whole hotel are lovely and i would definitely recommend. The entertainment team especially Nino (aka sunshine) are fantastic and have provided fabulous entertainment for all the guests - exceptional.

Nice and clean, rooms with fridges safe,hair dryer. Tea & coffee facilities in room. friendly staff, alcoholic drinks you can taste, plenty of soft drinks and fruit juice,food is good. Entertainment team Nino,Rika,Madi,paolo excellent and so funny.. pool indoor nice and hot outdoor was cool, helpful pool man moez. Only down side nothing within walking distance outside but buses and trains very cheap 1 or 2 dinah. Will definitely come back.
