Ulasan Jozankei Tsuruga Resort Spa Mori No Uta

The staff are very nice and helpful. They can speak good English and that helps us a lot. We only spent a night at the hotel and had to leave at 6am in the morning for the airport. The hotel was very considerate and very kind to allow us to substitute the lunch buffet for the breakfast buffet which otherwise we would miss. The hotel was on the mountain and the cottage was nicely decorated. We spent a very romantic night in the snowy weather enjoying the cozy onsen. The food at the dinner buffet was very delicious and in a great variety. We are thinking about returning for a longer stay.

Beautiful hotel not too far from the main onsen street. However, this provides a secluded environment for the hotel to feel very resort like. Decoration and design was classy and top notch. Onsen was good with multiple indoor pools and 2 outdoor pools. Buffet food choice and quality was top notch for both lunch and breakfast.

Buffet was average, stayed in the cottage private onsen room, furniture outdated, slipper terrible, not worth the money

挑選了好久最終選定這家酒店，鶴雅系酒店的酒店環境和服務品質沒得説，非常棒。早餐和晚餐都是自助餐，食材都十分新鮮。温泉池是公共的但是環境非常不錯，來的時候算是淡季所以泡温泉客人也不算很多，挺好的。 推薦推薦！👍👍👍

非常棒的一家酒店，服務周到，班車接送提前聯繫酒店或攜程客服幫忙預約接站，班車送至真駒內駅地鐵站，前台服務員橫內紀香小姐耐心解答問題，一位熱心優秀的服務員。酒店房間乾淨衞生，窗外風景優美，住得舒適，訂房包含的早餐是日式早餐，晚餐自助餐，豐富多樣，值得品嚐。露天温泉秋色美。值得推薦！！

很不錯的酒店，早晚餐豐盛，露天風呂在冬日特別美，服務熱情，很安靜整潔，停車場便利，總體很滿意，下次春天考慮再次入住

房間挺大的，在日本來説，晚餐自助和牛管夠吃到不好意思再吃。除了酒店價格有點貴之外，再有就是温泉池少點。出去房間要換鞋，傳統的大鑰匙開門撒。

感受到酒店員工的親切招待 自助餐的甜品朱古力頗美味、窩夫脆及濃味，但早餐的三文魚子漬味道極咸及黏在一起，不好吃，其他還可以。

1/大浴場不錯，都有露天風呂 而且都挺大 二樓風呂要記得露天風呂和室內風呂在兩個方向 2/晚餐早餐都是自助餐，對孩子來説，自助餐很棒；對少食精吃而言，自助餐有些太多，缺了點儀式感。 3/退房後入住其他酒店，一樣熱情派車送到，很親切。

酒店服務貼心，到位，職員很有禮貌，而且樂意幫忙。 酒店自助餐食物種類雖然不多，但味道很好，魚生特別好，而且食物補加很快。 溫泉泡浴環境很好，舒服的體驗。
