Hotel dengan WiFi di Monee

1. I had booked 2 rooms a week before my trip through my rewards program with Wyndham and the night before the trip both rooms got cancelled. The hotel staff was no help in getting the issue resolved when I called them. Both Expedia and Wyndham Rewards showed there were rooms still available. I spent about an hour with Wyndham rewards customer service to get the issued resolved. They did. The door lock didn't work. They did mention they had issues with it. I had to have a manager use his pass key to let me in each time. The bathroom walls were all cracked and peeling. The toilet didn't flush well and the TV didn't work. The last 2 items were mentioned to the front desk when I checked out. My traveling companion said you could still see fingerprints on items in the room.

Room was clean and I particularly liked the laminate flooring instead of carpet. Also liked the fact they had an elevator & swimming pool. The only issue I encountered was that I visited the hotel the day before check in and reserved my room at that moment but when I arrived to check in the next day, the lady who had reserved my room did something incorrectly and I had to redo the whole reservation.
