This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

Highly recommended! Staying in the Hyatt Regency Lanzhou's River View Suite was the biggest surprise of my Gansu-Qinghai trip. The high-floor panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the flowing Yellow River. Opening the windows revealed a picturesque scene of Lanzhou's mountains and river. During the day, the mighty river stretched out, and at night, the city lights sparkled – an irreplaceable view. The happy hour experience at the 16th-floor Club Lounge was fantastic; you could mix your own cocktails, and the signature beef noodles were authentic and delicious. Sitting by the window in the evening, watching the Yellow River sunset, created an incredible atmosphere. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Waterwheel Park, and the staff's service was thoughtful and meticulous. As a benchmark international five-star hotel in Lanzhou, it's perfect for both leisure travel and scenic sightseeing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

Facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This place offers incredible value for money. I snapped a few photos of the interior – that little chair is my favorite, so incredibly comfortable. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, couldn't find a single fault. Plus, they have self-service laundry machines, which was great for refreshing our gear halfway through our Qinghai-Gansu trip. The breakfast is on the ninth floor, and when the weather isn't too hot, you can even dine outdoors, which is a lovely touch.

The Atour Hotel (Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market North Gate) is absolutely the best accommodation in Dunhuang! It's right downstairs to the night market, making it super convenient for food and shopping, and a short taxi ride to all major attractions. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, proactively explaining travel routes and even providing shoe covers. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have excellent soundproofing, with incredibly comfortable bedding. The laundry and shoe drying facilities are a godsend for desert travel, and the breakfast offers a fantastic array of local specialty snacks. It's a rare find – quiet and comfortable despite being in the heart of the bustling city, with impeccable service details and fantastic value for money. If you're coming to Dunhuang, book this place with your eyes closed!

Wow, I didn't realize when I booked, but this is actually a pet-friendly hotel! There's a cat petting room in the lobby, and the lobby manager is a friendly tortoiseshell cat named Zhouzhou. There's also another cat named Laifu, who's the 'money cat' at the front desk and also very gentle and friendly. The hotel facilities are quite new, well-designed, and the service is excellent. The location is super close to Dunhuang Bookstore and the Danghe River Scenic Belt, only about 100 meters away. On the first day of my stay, they gave me yogurt. Breakfast was plentiful, and there's also free congee for a late-night snack. The room has a foot-soaking tub, and the toilet comes with disposable seat covers, which is very hygienic.

I highly recommend this hotel to those who drive to Dunhuang with their kids. It has a bathtub, which the kids love very much. The room facilities are very complete, the environment is very good, and it is not far from the attractions. Every service staff is very enthusiastic, especially the lobby manager. Yogurt is given when you check in, and plush toys are given when you check out. The kids like it very much and said they will stay here again next time. Highly recommended. Very cost-effective.

The hotel's location is quite good, being close to the Great Wall tourist area. Since it's a suite, the room hygiene is good, and it has its own private parking lot. However, during peak season, you might have to rush for a spot, and there doesn't seem to be any security management in the lot, leading to some haphazard parking. The breakfast is excellent; it's small but has everything you need. The front desk service is also good, and food deliveries can come directly into the hotel. The audio-visual room is fantastic, with a particularly large projector and screen.

Had a great experience! 👍 The room was clean and tidy, and there's a food street about a ten-minute walk away. Watching the World Cup and having skewers there at night was a fantastic experience. The security guards at the hotel entrance were very responsible; they'd arrange parking for you as soon as you drove up, so no worries about parking at all. If I had to mention a downside, the breakfast was just okay. The milk dispenser tap in the buffet restaurant was broken, so it took forever to get a glass of milk. 😓

The hotel's attention to detail was evident; the throw pillows and bed runner were stylishly coordinated, not the generic hotel furnishings, but rather a comfortable and inviting touch. There was also a lounge chair by the window, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun or enjoying a cup of tea. Cleanliness was impeccable. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless and odorless, the floors and surfaces were impeccably clean, and the bathroom was spotless and tidy, giving me peace of mind. The staff were also very attentive, checking me in quickly and patiently answering any questions. Overall, the service was excellent, making me feel very comfortable. It's very close to the museum and Crescent Lake, making it very convenient to get around and providing a great experience. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend choosing this place!
