The original room we were booked for had a plumbing issue, so we were put in another building. That was fine. It was a very nice room, and it had air conditioning, a safe, and a small refrigerator. Although it was on the "first floor", it was up 14 twisting stone steps. We are retirees; we are fine with stairs -- BUT to have to go up and down with our suitcases was hazardous. (Luckily, another guest whom we met at breakfast offered to carry them down for us.) The room was comfortable, but there was no shampoo (!), we were not allowed to put any food in the refrigerator -- only "liquid," and we only got one set of towels for three nights. We placed our bath towels on the floor after the first night and came back to find them re-hung! Finally, we had to unlock the door to the building when we were LEAVING -- surely this is a fire hazard? On the up side: Fillipo is a charming host who makes a lovely breakfast. He also makes the best cappuccino in the world -- really! Each morning we had some baked goods that his wife Maria, and his mama Maria had made. I would like to have given this B&B five stars, but with the above issues, I couldn't.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura b&b dimora palmieri a luglio 2024 1 piu di una notte. Saro” breve Filippo il proprietario maleducato e arrogante sia con me che con la mia amica, tra l altro alka mia smica l ha chiusa la porta in faccia.al momento della prenotazione effettuata 4 mesi prima non mi e” stato detto che non facevano fattura e che non si poteva pagare con il Pos (perche non ce l ha detto dal proprietario : pago troppe tasse quindi preferisco prendere i doldi in contanti.La colazione l ha deciso lui a che ora scendere turni 8,30/oppure 9,40 non sono mica in mensa!!!!Colazione con prodotti fi bassissima qualita”. Marmellate acide causato mal di pancia e dissenteria.Al momento della partenza chiediamo gentilmente di lascisre i bagagli filippo con molta arroganza dice che devo pagare 3€a borsa !Paghiamo 9€ senza lascisrci nessuna ricevuta!!!!!!!!! Bagagli messi vicino alle buste della spazzatura! ESPERIENZA ORRIBILE!! FILIPPO IL PROPRIETARIO SI E”MESSO A URLARE QUASI MI ALZAVA LE MANI QUANDO LE HO DETTO CHE MI SERVIVA LA FATTURA DEL DOGHIORNO! Mai piu” TERRIFICANTE

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura 5 giorni/4 notti. La posizione è l’ideale per visitare Monopoli, sia per il centro città sia per il mare. Colazione ottima e abbondante inclusa nel prezzo. Proprietari magnifi, gentili e disponibili nel dare consigli e suggerimenti. La consigliamo vivamente!

Abbiamo alloggiato per due giorni in questo meraviglioso e accogliente b&b, la proprietaria Maria gentilissima, ci ha fatto sentire a casa da subito. Servizio eccellente, pulizia altrettanto eccellente. Noi speriamo di tornarci al più presto e lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti.
