First I would like to acknowledge the owners. They are always kind, friendly, considerate and accommodating. They always make sure my request for room type is granted. The rooms are always clean and temperature is always right when I arrive. The location is easy on and easy off the interstate and easy access to local businesses and restaurants. I travel for business and find the room easy to work out of. The rooms are with doors facing the outside which makes it easy for me to pull up to the room and unload and load with minimum time. I have never felt unsafe and I do know the property has surveillance cameras which adds to the safety.

This hotel is right next to a shopping mall which makes it very convenient for shopping, restaurants, or taking a walk. The gardens at this hotel are really beautiful too. When I went into the lobby to check in, there was no one to be found, so a woman and I just sat around until the person came back to the desk to check us in, who did not seem overly friendly or welcoming. The rooms are okay, but I would say on the small side and not very well laid out. The majority of the space is taken out by a giant desk. I need to prepare some meals for our trip, and I really wish the kitchen was much bigger because there was almost no counter space. The burner on the stove top was not marked so I couldn't tell how hot the burner was, which made cooking rice challenging. I would probably pick a different property if I return to this area.

Everything was wonderful - spacious, clean, well-supplied, cool, comfortable, cozy bed, good value, etc. My only concern was that the shower was slippery. I slipped a couple of times, never fell (thank goodness). But I was very nervous during the entire shower experience.

Well I paid for this day twice cause I kept on messing up on the internet on trying to get the room I paid with cash and with card and the lady at the front desk told me to try and get my money back cause I didn’t even know I had booked this until she told me. Thanks
