Ulasan Catalonia Montego Bay - All Inclusive

The location is extremely close to the airport which was a plus for me. In terms of service, the customer support was lacking heavily. The hotel had alot of cats roaming around, I don't know if it has anything to do with the name. I even found blood on my hotel sheets. In terms of the view and the beach access, it was lovely.

It was a fantastic hotel complex with a beautiful beach, loungers, and pools. Bars and snacks were also included and available at all times. My highlight was the small island opposite the hotel! A fantastic experience, I highly recommend the hotel.

Food was average, facility needs a big upgrade, complete renovation is required

The hotel had a lovely beach view, which made for a pleasant setting. However, the check-in process was disappointing. I waited in line, but the front desk staff served not one, but two groups of guests who joined the line after me. When I brought it to her attention, she still asked me to wait. It was only when the other guests pointed out that I had been waiting first that the issue was addressed. On a positive note, the food and overall service were good, and the entertainment was the highlight of our stay.

It was an ok stay. Quality on a budget. The food was good though.

I really enjoyed our stay at the facility, however there was no toothpaste inside the two bathrooms I booked...that need to be address, apart from that it's was a great experience..

This hotel need a lot of work. Air conditioner was so loud that I slept with ear plugs. The atV didn’t work in all three rooms used by my friends. There was a very bad odor from the sink. Reception area was so hot I felt sorry for the staff. The hotel is dated and need a lot of refurbishing.

Excellent well maintained any service great

My experience was great we booked inn on Nov 4- Nov6 with my mom n kids they all enjoyed themselves The food and the whole experience was worth it I would definitely go back in January for a week but no kids to make my experience more fun thanks for accommodating me and my family……..

The hotel is very beautiful, the location is perfect but some of the workers need more training in customer service. The customer service is rather poor 😑😑

Was pleasntly surprised with the restaurants.

I arrived at 6.30pm and waited in queue for 30mins to check in. At 7pm I was advised that my room wasn't ready and needed to come back in 40 minutes to get a room key. Without apology or proper justification. The website indicates check in is usually at 3pm. Meals are buffet style in one main restaurant, often with cold food, tepid tea/ coffee and plastic cups.

The facility is well kept. The king bed garden view room was lovely. AC in room was a bit noisy.. Food was delicious and there was a variety to choose from. It’s a lovely family oriented hotel. Entertainment needs improvement though.

It's a bit old. It was very hot during the power outage. It took a day to repair it. But the beach is still very beautiful. Good for lying down.
