Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Monterrey

房間設施非常老舊，房間也很簡單，沒有拖鞋，洗漱用品要自備，空調聲音比較大，早餐還湊合吧，麪包 煎蛋 塔克都有的，果汁非常不錯，酒店位於市中心周圍有不是餐廳。酒店大堂可以點餐，小貴且小費。

位置很好，周圍有商場，但是酒店有點年齡了

Live Aqua took a bit to get used to two receptions, one road side and one on the 18th floor, but at both a good welcome. Room looked great and well appointed, the Molton Brown toiletries, full mini bar, good size bed, nice linen, dressing gowns etc remote control curtains, The only problem Awas the wet room! After a shower the water didn’t drain away, it pooled around the bottom of the bath and the blinds and curtains, leaving for much of our stay a flooded and at times unusable wet room. On notifying reception, the drain was ‘looked at’ but the issue was not rectified. We had breakfast one morning in the hotel and whilst the food was good , unfortunately the same can’t be said for the service. We were not advised how the breakfast system worked, and when I went to take some toast from the open hot counter I was shouted at by a waitress “ have you ordered toast?” He we been told that toast, or anything else had to be ordered then I would have known!!! Considering the amount of staff on the floor and the star rating of Live Aqua, the standard of service we experienced in the restaurant was disappointing. Would I stay again? Unlikely.

Let me start by saying the staff is really nice and helped me very fast with the issues I encountered. But the hotel has a lot of problems in the cleaning area, I think a resort of its category should have the rooms very clean before handing the key to the client. I had to move from one room to another since my room was not cleaned after the previous guests. And when arriving to the second room we encountered it was very dirty, it had chocolate stains in the phone, the coffee maker was very very dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the countertops had chocolate as well. So I had to call again and ask for a person to clean my room since I didn’t had the confidence to make a second room change and find it dirty.

This hotel is in the center of the city. The rooms are clean. I think the meals are costly, but it is only my opinion. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice. Consider this place if you need to be near city center.

En el Centro De Monterrey el tafico fue intenso, al lugar le urge un refresh rejuvenecedor ! Sin embargo por el precio pagado estuvo bien

I will start by the bad things I found at My last visit. Upon arriving at Parking lot. Its confusing because Lobby is on 3rd Floor , so you have 2 elevators to take. First elevator smelled really bad due to sewer problem. Light at the elevator hall was off. When arriving at Main Lobby you will notice there is no water to drink and/or coffee. You need to get it either at room (which is awful and theres only one small bottle of water) or pay at Restaurant . Restaurant by the way is empty most of the time since they don t offer neither continental or full breakfast with your room I ordered a breakfast (ham and eggs ) and it was expensive and very small portion . Ordered a bottle of water for my pills and found out they didnt know the price right away. After some time they told me it was 60 pesos. Expensive for Mexico. Then realized , it was mineral water. They didnt have regular Room A/C was noisy and odd. I lowered temperature and the room was like in the 80’s then it went down to the 70’s , so it was really cold for some time and then you started to sweat. Very noisy rooms , not enough privacy and room service leaves at 2PM , main reason for being so pushy to clean it in the morning. Apart from those issues , Hotel was very clean and personnel was Ok.

What a surprisingly gorgeous hotel! Just about everything about the property was top notch. Only the buffet was a little lacking, mainly because it had a different theme each day, and “Oriental” Monday lacked in flavor. (And my drink at the bar lacked in alcohol.). Otherwise, a wonderful experience. I would definitely return.

The hotel is well located, the entry from the street is a bit confusing since the hotel is inside a mall but the view from our room was stunning, the staff was helpful and went their way out to makes us feel home. Highly recommended ☺️
