The Club House

The stress in your life is immediately gone when you arrive at the Club House. The front desk staff particularly Francesco went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect and made us feel very welcomed and provided invaluable suggestions on what to see and routes to take. We spent five days and like others have been fortunate enough to travel extensively. This resort is absolutely at the top of our list of places we have stayed at and we can hardly wait to come back. The breakfasts and staff are incredible, so many options to choose from it is quite overwhelming but in a good way. Daniel, Sarah, Pina and Luca provided exceptional customer service and made us feel like family. The Osteria II Toscana restaurant food was amazing and there is absolutely no reason to eat anywhere else. The rooms are large with absolutely no noise heard from the hallway or other rooms. The beds are super comfortable and the entire building was renovated over several years and completed in 2022. This is the place to stay if you want to experience Tuscany. 10 out of 10 doesn’t do this hotel justice it scores way higher. If you are looking for a place to get away from work and stress this is the place. Thank you to the entire Country Club team for making our anniversary so special, the most relaxing and memorable vacation ever.

We've been on holiday for almost a month, through England, Scotland, Switzerland, and then down into Italy. The three days we spent at The Club House highlight our trip without question. We've been married for 28 years and travelled fairly extensively, usually choosing to stay in higher end resorts known for great service, great food and substantial amenities. The service and care we received from every single person on staff at The Club House was exceptional and 5-Star! Every encounter we had with a staff member we were asked how they could serve us better. They excelled in every way! Location — Incredibly beautiful, peaceful, immaculate grounds, exceptionally clean, Tuscan beauty to be found in every direction. Food — The taste and experience of dining at The Club House will never be forgotten and we will be back for it. It was the best of all our travels. Simply can't say enough about it. Spa — The boutique facility and its amenities are incredible and substantial for the size of the resort. The energy of the therapists was very healing. My personal experience with my treatment at the spa was emotionally positive and healing. It was unique to me in my life and I still don't fully understand the incredible energy I felt there, but I left feeling a renewed energy for life. In summary, everyone deserves to experience what my wife and I did at The Club House. It is priceless!!

I write badly in English sorry. incredible place, good food and wines were excellent. The reception was very good but we were disappointed at the spa. A lady who treated us wasn't very nice even though she was always laughing, but we didn't understand. He didn't speak English. He didn't listen to our requests and had no patience. We are very sorry but it was not suitable for staying with guests

wonderful property. simply gorgeous. i could not leave... would like to stay thank you to the team who helped make my stay so lovely i look forward to returning and soon. especially to the following persons... valentin, matias, the 2 lovely women who worked in the restaurant for breakfast + dinner (one from morocco, one from italy/milan) - they are a highlight, francesco, the woman who gave me the most wonderful massage - i cannot recall her name but wow... she is devoted to her work and so powerful!

If Tuscany was a Crown then its Jewel has to be The Clubhouse . What a stunning and beautiful location to relax and fully immerse yourself in the delights of Tuscany . The staff are professional and friendly ; the facilities first class and the food / wine sensational . Don’t stay anywhere else if your thinking of visiting Tuscany

The Club House is located in a beautiful countryside setting not far from Sienna. The views from the property are spectacular in every direction. Our room was large and comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay. Good ac and wifi. There are two restaurants and we enjoyed both very much. Breakfast on the patio was wonderful. There is a nice outdoor pool, driving range and bicycles for exploring. The spa and wellness centre are excellent and we enjoyed massages and the saunas, steam rooms and pools. All the staff in the hotel are very obliging and welcoming. They looked after us very well. Location is convenient for vineyard tours, and we were picked up and dropped off by shuttle. We were reluctant leaving and would happily return any time.

We had the most incredible honeymoon stay at The Clubhouse! The staff, food, restaurants, wellness spa, activities, etc. were all so amazing! We were so sad to leave and cannot wait to go back again! The breakfast included was so delicious, the activities offered were top notch, we couldn’t believe the quality of food at all of the restaurants! Above 5 star service across the board from every staff member. We cannot wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Club House. The concierge was extremely helpful from the time we booked our reservation to the time we left the property, assisting with booking on and off-property activities (Vespa tour, cooking class, wine tasting), arranging transportation, and accommodating various requests during our stay. They even provided an itinerary with all of our confirmed activities in our room on arrival, which was a really nice touch. The property itself was stunning, with a panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside from the restaurant terrace and the pool. We had amazing massages at the Wellness Sanctuary, and the facilities (pools, sauna, tepidarium) were very tranquil to enjoy after. A must do during your stay in my opinion! Shuttle transportation is provided between the two hotels on the estate, which made it easy to get to a dinner reservation at Hotel Le Fontanelle and back. We really liked this as it allowed multiple options for dining without having to worry about the transportation. Every meal we had on the estate during our stay was amazing! The attention to detail and care from the staff was above and beyond what we could have expected. The blend of luxury and warmth at this property made our stay unforgettable, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing stay at the Club House. Couldn't have been more pleased with our time there. A+ property, facilities, staff and service. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in the Tuscan countryside.
