I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel after reading negative reviews about the state of the rooms. Yes, maybe its not brand new, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay. There is a huge parking place for just 2 euro's a night. Its a bit out of town, but we had a nice walk by the Beautifull lake which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel (behind Burger King). As been said by many, there is a handy mall across the road with places to eat and a big Carrefour supermarket. We would definitely stay here again. A great rest, recommended.

This is a historic hotel, conveniently located in the center of town. Our Deluxe room was enormous, high ceilings, and lots of light. The reception was very welcoming and solved a couple of small problems promptly. A very nice breakfast buffet, featuring local products. The breakfast room is a true work of art, decorated in the historic Odorico mosaics. There is an excellent restaurant ”Odorico” in the hotel -- we had a great dinner. We definitely plan to visit again -- highly recommended.

Geweldige gastvrouw, lieve ontvangst, 24 hr receptie met ontzettend hartelijke geïnteresseerd mensen met goede adviezen. Goede bedden, fijne douche. Gezellige ontbijt gelegenheid In het hotel met leuk gepresenteerd heerlijk ontbijt. Praktisch rek op de kamer voor je spulletjes. Zeer goed geslapen. Alles nabij en makkelijk bereikbaar Vriendelijke bediening ook in het restaurant ernaast. Een aanrader!

What a lovely hotel in a lovely city. Although it has Centre Gare in its name the hotel is some way from the station, about a 10-15 minute walk. It is on the Tramway which stops right outside the hotel. What makes this hotel special is the young staff, they work as team from reception to the housekeepers nothing is too much trouble. Loredana on reception epitomised all that is good about the hotel. Helpful, efficient with much bonhomie. The breakfast room was kept up-to-date and there was a wide range of choice to suit all needs. The room was modest but kept impeccably clean by friendly housekeepers. The very minor negative was the toilet tissue and not toilet roll, as all travellers know this can be an issue. The Manager of this hotel should take great credit and pride in the team he/she has built. It was the the polar opposite of the Nantes hotel reviewed later.

I stayed to catch an early train in the morning. Perfect location across from the train station. I stayed in the single room and it was very clean but not much of a view but sun did come in. Black out curtains as well. Looks like a recent renovation.There was an elevator for my large suitcase. Staff was friendly. Resto/ food options nearby. Internet worked fine while I worked on a small desk. Lots of plugs. I would stay again.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in the apartment at Foch 21 to attend a nearby wedding & from first booking to departure it was a perfect experience. Easy to book, easy arrangements with Thomas the hotel owner and a perfectly appointed, stylish appointment to use. Ideally located in the centre of Angers, we walked to and from the station (following an easy TGV ride from Paris). Angers itself is a really super town with history, culture & shopping to suit. Easy transport round town with a tram system but easy walking too. Would highly recommend the apartment for a couple or family - would work for two couples who know each other well, but more a family apartment than a two bed to share. Great value as it also allows you to self cater or eat in the hotel or out in the town.

The simplicity for the transportation with Jalla ( Again, a big thanks to him for bringing me everywhere! ). Also, the beauty of the spot, really calm, spacious, and a quality bedding. The three-filled garden. The pool is really appreciated. Finally, the greatest quality of the food. Some delicious dishes and really copious. A superb marrocan cook culture with a lot of different dishes cooked with heart, and trust me you can feel it. I really recommend this guest house and I will probably come back again as soon as possible!

Dopo alberghi vari fa piacere fermarsi in una struttura che offre un mini appartamento di 30 mq con cucina, bagno e lavanderia a disposizione. Certo i servizi sono a pagamento (lavanderia 8 euro) ma veramente utili. Personale gentile e che parla inglese. Pulizia non impeccabile ma tutto sommato accettabile. Molto gradito il kit di benvenuto con caffè Nespresso e relative macchine per caffè, thè e tisane. Troverete anche due bottigliette di acqua offerte.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel’s location is perfect- right in the center of Angers, about a 15 minute walk from the train station. It can be a little loud at night because there are some bars/restaurants nearby, but perfect if you want to be close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.
Everything was clean and well-kept and the staff were professional. Inside the rooms, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom looked modern and recently redone, and they had a simple air-conditioning unit that was a lifesaver in this unprecedented heat.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed to catch an early train in the morning. Perfect location across from the train station. I stayed in the single room and it was very clean but not much of a view but sun did come in. Black out curtains as well. Looks like a recent renovation.There was an elevator for my large suitcase. Staff was friendly. Resto/ food options nearby. Internet worked fine while I worked on a small desk. Lots of plugs. I would stay again.

PPengguna TetamuUn très court séjour qui s’est super bien déroulé! Gros big up à la personne qui nous a accueilli qui était très aimable! Les chambres sont super correctes pour le prix et le petit déjeuner est convenable. Toutes les personnes négligeant l’état de l’établissement devraient se remettre en question sur leurs réels besoins, l’hôtel est très bien situé et équipé pour un prix défiant toute concurrence, on ne peut pas avoir le confort d’un 4 étoiles! On reconnaît bien l’esprit français avec des critiques aussi désobligeantes JE RECOMMANDE +
