My experience was awful. The first night a false alarm went off in the entire hotel at 4:45am. The next day we came back to our room and the room service was not done. Lastly, since the hotel was going through renovations, our last night at the hotel was horrible since the day before the AC units on our floor were turned off cause of the same renovations previously stated. In summary, an awful experience especially for how expensive the hotel was. The only good thing was the location but will never stay at this Embassy Suites again

It is another nice trip in Montreal and stay in the same hotel. Very enjoying here location, food and service.

I recommend. Great location. Great guys at the reception - fast, neat, with a smile) The kitchen, breakfasts are delicious!!! Free drinks from 17 to 19 o'clock. Everything is great!!

They don't value their customers' time. I've stayed at countless Hilton hotels, but this is the first time I've experienced such a poor service attitude. The parking barcode provided by the hotel didn't work, so I was charged another parking fee, even though I paid an additional $50. However, I couldn't get through on the phone, so I couldn't get a refund.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, making it very convenient. The staff is warm and friendly, and deserves praise. The daily gift of drink and snack vouchers, good for use in the hotel restaurant from 5 to 7 p.m., was a welcome bonus. The room was large, with ample space and a jacuzzi, but it was quite noisy. The curtains were quite dusty, and many of the hooks were broken, making them difficult to close. Overall, however, the room was quite nice.

Except that the hotel facilities are old like when we landed 12 years ago, everything else is good.

The price/performance ratio is good. This place can accommodate a family. The location is also very good in the downtown area. Breakfast is included. However, the facilities are really old.

The welcome voucher arrived at 6:30 PM, but I received a voucher that was valid until 7:00 PM, and I found out after taking the elevator that the water supply was cut off from 11:00 PM to 4:00 PM. If I had known in advance, I would have stayed somewhere else. The deposit was paid as $75 when I checked in, and an additional $10 was charged when I checked out the next day, but I don't know the details. I was told that the parking fee would be deducted from the deposit, but I don't know if it means that the parking fee for one night is $85. They said that they would send the details by email when I checked out, but I haven't received it yet. Except for the location, the facilities and services are all terrible, and the parking lot smells like mold. This is a hotel I never want to visit again.
