Ulasan Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal

Staff were very friendly, found everybody very pleasurable. Free drinks and breakfast are nice.

We stayed for 3D2N. Customer service was poor to nothing at Embassy Suites, we didn’t feel welcomed upon check in. The turnover of our room was terrible, there were 2 of us but only one set of towels etc. Bathtub was truly dusty and the drainage was poor. The pillows and bed were too soft for neck and back support and comfort. Breakfast was alright with a not so cheerful chef on site to cook your overdone omelette. We asked for extra bottles of water one evening at 8pm and it never came after following up 3 more times. Also only 1 lift was working and the queue for the lift took a lot of time. We had problems getting in and out of the parking lot even though we had the designated bar code ticket for hotel residents. Other than its convenient location, I don’t see why people should come. There’s Le Westin right beside and if you have the budget, the intercontinental is just a block away.

離國會山非常近，房間非常大，如果燈光再亮一些，再提供熱水壺就更完美了

房間很大很乾凈，服務也很好。在市中心靠近唐人街。唯一的缺點早飯九點半就結束了，而且停車費很貴要另外加收35🔪，收取的按金70刀要5-10個工作日才退

在老城區，離唐人街很近，附近景點不錯； 可惜浴缸🛁一直有狀況，確實設備老舊，但整體來說，這價位還有兩客早餐和傍晚的Happy hour 飲料酒水卷，算給過了。 早餐坐在落地窗邊，剛好遇到下雪，漫天風雪挺浪漫💕 小酒吧酒保也挺友善😃

非常便利，離各個景點步行5-10分鐘、有免費飲料喝，服務不錯

服務員都很熱情，服務態度也很好，酒店很慷慨，老是有吃的喝的送來房間，每天下午餐廳都有快樂時光，可免費喝啤酒飲料吃點心。唯一不足的是酒店設施比較陳舊，因為陳舊，所以感覺環境和衞生比較一般。

飛機取消改火車 蒙特利爾暫停2晚，臨時通過攜程定了這家。預訂在線付款很快很順利，可入住時前台要求付款房款，解釋半天又給看了攜程的入住憑證，給了房卡，説要聯繫攜程，確認房款付款給酒店，否則退房時再收。。。當晚聯繫了攜程，反應問題，因為時差，第二天再回復。。還好，第二天順利解決了問題。 有關酒店…… ★房間 很大衞生間很大，有個按摩浴缸，有個小的淋浴房，還有一個聯通的小廳，🈶冰箱 洗碗機 微波爐，酒店地理位置也不錯，步行可以去老港 教堂啥的。。VIA車站過來出租車不到15刀。 ★早餐 就是一般的西式早餐 自助，衹有培根🥓香腸 土豆塊 雞蛋 麥片 麪包 咖啡牛奶果汁 水果 人很多 排長隊 ★吐˶⍤⃝˶꒳ᵒ꒳ᵎᵎᵎ酒店的熱水 第一晚我們大概晚上10點洗澡的 熱水不是特別的燙 但是至少還能夠洗，第二晚 走累了，想早點洗澡睡覺，不想從晚上7點開始 就發現沒有熱水，😵暈想可能酒店人多，來不及 就很有耐心地想等等。8點水温 不那麼冰了。。9點水温 有點温熱。。晚上10點 還是温熱。。。晚上11點 水温還是温温的，比手上温度略微高那麼一點，根本不能洗澡🚿，淋浴房水蒸氣都沒有，衞生間又大，這個時候又累又不能洗澡，電話前台也説不清楚，酒店的服務前一天已有所體會，要條毯子老半天，燒水壺要了也不給，電話催就説 沒有了。。 累到不想説話。。衹能温水洗把臉，睡覺💤真是無語。。 半夜3點醒來，發現水熱了，又不敢洗，洗澡不就不要睡覺了麼！！！！痛苦的一晚！！重來沒遇到過住酒店沒法洗澡的！！！！！！！！！還是希爾頓！！！！！半夜醒了寫點評，睡不着了。。。。。 🈶潔癖不洗澡🚿不能睡的寶寶 慎重選擇！！！！！

整體不錯，房間比較大，也比較乾淨。早餐一般。

酒店很破舊 環境很差 過道很漆黑 房間裏有一股黴味，提供的床也是不平整的 ，體驗很不好 ，非常不推薦
