We booked two rooms at this hotel and overall had a pleasant stay. While finding the parking area was initially a bit challenging - we accidentally ended up on the highway adding an extra 15 minutes to our trip and we ultimately opted for valet parking instead. Although the location is a bit farther from the major tourist attractions, we found the setting peaceful, and one of our rooms had a lovely view. The rooms felt new, clean, and comfortable, making our two-day stay enjoyable.

This was a mini-reunion with my brother and sister. We could not have picked a better hotel in which to stay. The staff were welcoming and made us feel comfortable and recognized as individuals. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated being able to control the thermostat in our room. My sister enjoyed the enveloping robe available to each of us and I luxuriated in the large fluffy towel after showering.

Very clean and very nice hotel. Staff was excellent at check in an check out. Someone was always there to hold the door open for me. The best thing is that it's a perfect location between the riverfront, downtown, and the neighborhoods.

I’d have given 4 stars if the bathroom didn’t get flooded every time I took a shower. There wasn’t a water stopper between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. This is no brainer. How could the hotel architect overlook it? I was panic the first day but after that it became annoying and an issue of sanity.

Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, I would come to stay again.

The hotel is relatively new, with many rooms on one floor. Because the hotel is connected to other office buildings and apartments, those who drive must park their cars at the green parking sign and use the nearest elevator with a green sign. It was embarrassing for us to go to the wrong elevator, and we could only wait for the front desk guy to rescue us. The front desk guy was very handsome and enthusiastic.
