Hotel berhampiran Lacoste, Montreal

Останавливаемся в этом апарт отеле не первый раз. Главным образом из за расположения в центре Монреаля, рядом с университетом макгил. Три звезды. Особых ожиданий нет. Главное, всегда было чисто. Апартаменты люкс с 1 спальней, зал и небольшая кухня и обеденная зоной. Но в этот раз, кофейная машина была сломана, унитаз засорился, уборка номеров почему то приходила во второй половине дня, когда мы уже возвращались в отель. В итоге, либо номер убирался в нашем присутствии, либо мы отказывались от уборки. Завтраки были всегда очень базовые и много людей. В большинстве случаев предпочитали ходить на завтрак в другие места, хоть и завтрак был оплачен. В общем, ощущение, что с годами сервис и инфраструктура становятся хуже, а цена растет. Очень жаль.

It’s a little pricey for what you’re getting. If you don’t care if you’re in a Hilton or Marriott or want a swimming pool, we’d recommend staying closer to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts or Centre Bell as that’s where there are a ton of really good restaurants so dinner is easier to find. If you want to stay in a known hotel chain, there is a Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn in this area. Pros - complimentary continental breakfast for Diamond members - on site parking and there is an elevator that takes you to the lobby - swimming pool/gym floor has 2 nice outdoor balconies with view - spacious room - mini frig and microwave in the room (no need to request and no extra charge) - decently centrally located – kind of halfway between most of the major sights. Cons - hot tub broke the 2nd night - other guests were rude and loud especially at the pool - ice machines were broken on 3 consecutive floors (2 of them put the broken sign on the machine inside the room) - no view from room window - breakfast was pricey and not fully complimentary as stated on confirmation but instead a credit for C$36 per day or $C$18 per person per day (credit cannot be saved and carried over); if you use it wisely and just get that amount worth of food/coffee you should be ok because then it’s just a tip. If you aren’t wise, then you’re at the mercy of your waiter. Different staff treat the charges differently – one charged us C$64.68 (after the credit and before taxes) for breakfast for 4: one C$25.95 buffet, one C$16 two egg platter, 2 small chocolate croissants and some fruit, and oatmeal with bacon. When we asked for some fruit, the waitress offered a fruit platter – we didn’t know any better so we said ok and got a huge platter full of unripe melon. So we paid less for a huge dim sum than we did for an ok breakfast. -C$34.99 + taxes per day for on site parking which can be challenging. You first pull into a teeny drive in area and have to check in before you can get access to the parking lot. The parking spaces are very small and the driving lane turns are super tight. For C$387 a night at Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Centre-Ville, we’re going to try the DoubleTree by Hilton in Montreal before we stay here again.

The hotels were very good location .. can travel easily and also good restaurants nearby .

Very good location in downtown Montreal - close to the Palais des Congres and Chinatown. Property well maintained. Room was small, but fine for 1 or 2 people. Room includes a simple breakfast of cereal, breads, fruit and hard-boiled eggs. Parking is available for a fee, but is very limited.

The location and staff of the hotel were great, but the facilities were very outdated. It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable. Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.

我一般不會去寫好評，但是這個酒店由於它的性價比，我覺得必須要寫。 酒店在滿地坑這個相對發達的城市來説，才100刀（不含税），我在這酒店附近好像也沒有找到這麼便宜的。 但是便宜歸便宜，裏面的服務和環境以及位置並不差。服務來説，前台用英文不會受到岐視，非常熱情。 房間環境的裝修可能有點舊，但是絕對是乾淨衞生的，不影響使用。 而且房間很大，還配有一個全功能的廚房，以及餐具。 房間的隔音也很好，至少我當時無論任何時候都沒有聽見別的房間的動靜。 位置剛好坐落在市中心，距離景點以及唐人街都很近，大部分景點走路就可以到。 缺點：停車場需要收費，35刀一天（好像）。 當時電梯不知道是不是壞了一部，衹有一部的情況下，很多時候都需要等很久。

Hotel qui a besoin d un certain rafraîchissement, la situation du quartier laisse à désirer.Le paking ne se trouve pas à proximité.Pas eu de possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place. Au niveau des chambres, elles sont un peu vétustes. Dans la salle de bain des traces de rouille dans la baignoire. Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyé durant notre séjour.plutot 2 étoiles que 3.

Avoid at all cost! The worst customer service I’ve seen. My son and I were planing to go to visit Montreal in June, unfortunately, our flight was canceled due to a weather conditions 3 hrs before the departure. I’ve contacted ******* right away and requested a refund. Long story short, hotel refused to provide a refund. I’ve reached out to them again and they lied that no one contacted hotel for a refund. The response was: “we were not informed about the cancellation of your trip, and as a result, we treated your reservation as a no-show”. Worst experience ever!

The hotel was even better than what I had imagined. The room was very clean and the location was amazing. But the staff were what really made it worth the price. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Booking's efficient since you receive the code for the main door,and your room. ahead of arrival. The reception while on duty doesn't want to do much. We buzzed to enter during reception hours,and they asked if we had our code/does our code not work.We couldn't locate the reception to ask for a continental breakfast item,or toiletries during their available hours.While doing the latter, we met the owners who are really nice people.The boutique hotel does need work as it looks dilapidated in parts of the common area,while the room we had looked tired. wifi,no issue here as an extender was in the hall of our second floor. The bathroom had what appeared to be a blood smear at the exterior tub edge wall. Room blinds are sheer,with an uncovered upper window.With a west side room, this won't matter as much to someone who isn't easily awoken by light. The elevator works which is good when you have luggage beyond a backpack. Parking, the location needs to specify there's ONLY 4 spots,unless one can somehow drive on the sidewalk to park a sub compact closer to the left of the stairs when facing the building to get a fifth spot. A motorcycle will have no issue if a spot's available. Overnight,due to the location,it was peaceful.For the price,this isn't a first choice,but we booked last minute.
