Motel di Montreal

In early May, I stayed for a couple of weeks at the Auberge St-Jacques because my husband had a kidney transplant at The Glen. We have stayed at this establishment many times in the past because he had appointments with specialists at the hospital and we always found the rooms were clean and well equipped, and the area was quiet. In addition, we always felt safe, and both the hospital and grocery stores are quite close. I had to stay at the Auberge a second time, at the last minute, because my husband contracted a serious infection and was airlifted back to the Glen for treatment, which lasted almost a month. When I checked in, the motel was almost full but fortunately, they were able to find me a room, which I kept for the entire time of my husband’s recovery. It was a very stressful time for me during both of my stays at the motel. However, everyone there was kind and caring, and I cannot thank the team enough for helping me endure such huge stresses. I will always cherish their many acts of kindness during an extremely rough time in my life. Everybody was thoughtful and caring. The team is absolutely fantastic! In particular, thank you to: Igor, Olesea, Ira, Irena, Nelly, Marina, Kate, Olga, Tetyana and Jacques… ; - ) Naturally, when my husband has other appointments in Montreal, or we simply go there for a holiday, we will stay at this motel. Speedy check-in and check-out. Great facilities. Comfortable lounging areas. Pool area is wonderful. Went a couple of times in January and February when the pool was 93 degrees. It was 91 this time and people hovered around the inlet returns where the warm water comes in. We got an upgraded room which was lovely. Really appreciated that. The bar and food was also great. Overall excellent stay.

The hotels were very good location .. can travel easily and also good restaurants nearby .

Our stay was perfect! Checkin was seamless. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The electronic features of the room were an added bonus (motion sensor lighting and electronic blinds/curtains, sensor and heated toilet). The location was amazing and so close to everything. The concierge helped us find a fun speakeasy within walking distance and checked in with us afterwards. Best weekend trip in a long time!

We stayed over New Year's Eve and had a great view over the crowds gathering at the Christmas market. The room was clean and was as expected. The only downside of the hotel is that it's not very convenient to get to the exit, as you'll have to go through the mall first before reaching the lobby and then take another elevator up to the rooms.
