Mantra Sirocco Mooloolaba

Great location and nice pool but that’s where the compliments end. Poorly maintained with mould in the silicon, rusty appliances, thick dust and dirt. We were unfortunately travelling with a toddler and 9mo who I did not feel comfortable putting on the dirty smelly rug, and had my toddler pick up someone else’s mail clippings that were left in the room. The place looked as though it had not had a decent clean in months other than just a quick vacuum and towel/bedding replacement. Spoke with another couple at the pool who had also complained about cleanliness and was offered another room which we were not. Would not recommend unless in a newly renovated room.

Nice View. Great facilities & Internet access. Easy to use. Comfortable 2 Bedroom Executive apar**ent. Resort pool & spa - Aewsome. Easy access for customers with wheely walker to Mooloolaba Beach, Restaurants, Cafe's, Shops . Didn't have to take the Car out once. Even got to see a whale from the Balcony. Great place to relax, unwind & chill out.

Awesome oceanfront building and location in the heart of Mooloolaba Beach shopping *****. Huge heated outdoor pool. Great ocean views. Modern and clean building. Spacious well-maintained apar**ent. Beach just across the traffic-limited road.

Old and outdated. Dirty and uncleared in more areas of the unit. Missing cap for bathroom drain. Cockroaches were found in the kitchen. All that said, it was in a great location across from the beach. Just not as expected in the unit itself. We wouldn’t recommend

Amazing views of the coast and Mooloolaba beach. The 2 bedroom penthouse on the 10th floor with its private rooftop spa and barbeque are great value. Close to all amenities. I highly recommend staying here.

We booked a 2 br penthouse over Xmas to enjoy family gatherings on the the roof top deck which had a spa and a barbecue area.. Whilst a great idea in theory, the narrow metal spiral staircase to get to the deck made it near impossible to prepare for meals etc getting up and down the stairs with food and drinks and it turned out to be a nigh**are. The hotel itself is in a good location in the middle of the beach front esplanade. The apar**ent was small for a 2 bedder and was not serviced at all in a 7 x night stay. No pool towels were provided in the apar**ent for the outdoor spa. Several trips had to be made to reception to get fresh bath towels and some towels for the spa when we did use it, not to mention toilet paper, garbage bags and dish detergent as the supply provided for a week was nowhere near enough. Overall I was disappointed and would not recommend this room unless an internal lift is installed instead of the difficult stairs. On the positive side, The view from the small deck was spectacular looking out to the ocean,

Resort is wonderful to stay at. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff are friendly and happy to assist as best they can. Some rooms could do with some updating, however sometimes I understand this is due to the owner of the unit.

Dated hotel, poor wifi quality, cleanliness poor. Not worth the cost. Staff not overly helpful. No mid week clean or fresh towels. Really disappointed. We regularly visit mooloolaba but would not stay in this hotel again

The location is excellent and the apar**ent room was large, but the attention to detail inside the apar**ent was somewhat lacking - e.g. hit & miss A/C, shower doors not well sealed, cheap/basic dryer, odd bathroom décor/fixtures, plastic adhesive hooks for towels, strange kitchen layout, cupboards that didn't close properly, broken kickboard under dishwasher. The internal finishing of the room just didn't match up well to the size & location of the room (strange dichotomy).
