Roaches galore. Joke of a patio (about 1 foot long and 3 feet wide, Nevermind the fact that there’s no seats) entire place reeks of fermented food. Stained bedding and the TV had zero worthwhile Chanells. Spent all night watching Telenovelas, which could be a plus - I don’t know you. What I do know is that this place needs new ownership. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at by far and I travel quite a bit. The motel 6 next door is probably superior.

Great stay! Easy check in with wonderful customer service. The room was modern, clean, and in good repair. The stairwells were clean as well. One improvement suggestion is to upgrade the comfort of the fold out sofa. The kids slept on the floor because it was so uncomfortable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a great value!

The Inn was nice. Clean. Heater worked. Bed good. The traffic noise required that I keep on White Noise the entire night. Cars driving up the on ramp to Hwy 1 South were SO SO NOISY, that I had to use the white noise. My room faced the wrong way, I suppose. So dont take a room on the EAST side of the nice Morro Shores Inn....

My partner and I have stayed here many of times, the property over the last 3 yrs has suffered inside the rooms. From the old furnishings to the flimsy mattresses and old broke down bases. We use the accessible rooms and we get either or, but their both the same and outdated. We stopped staying but came back because of the festivities in Morro Bay for Christmas. Hopefully they put some repairs in soon.

Difficult to understand what was being said. King size bed was totally broke down and one side broken. Difficult to operate TV, with no room phone went back down to office to find it locked and no one there to ask for assistance. Discovered smoke alarm had been removed and not replaced (safety issue). Went to take shower and could not get shower knob pulled up to turn shower head on!!! Needless to say we were not impressed especially for the price I would expect it to be better.

It was nice and quiet. Room was nice for the most part.. room was clean but could use a fresh paint on walls. But all and all I would stay here again.. staff was great.

Not worth paying the resort fee. This hotel is okay, the beds don’t have great mattresses. It’s not modern—very outdated. No pool, beach views are blocked by trailers in the back. We had a multi night stay and the keys kept expiring every day, which was frustrating to say the least. Housekeeping stops by very early around 8-9am, so if you like to sleep in, you’re going to get woken up. The staff is really nice, though, but that’s the only positive things about this place.

Housekeeping was great, nice & tidy. Good spaces to walk but not a lot of stores or restaurants nearby. Beach close by. We had a great time during our stay!
