when we arrived the staff was friendly. i did not know there was going to be an extra charge for my dogs but only charged 40 for both. when getting into the bed there were spots that were wet. like maybe the sheets had not been dry all the way before the bed was made. no smell. just wet cold spots. staff brought more blankets. i have not decided whether i will stay here again.

The room was large with two beds and room for a two person table for dinner. I appreciate the microwave and fridge. The water pressure was poor but it’s like that in morro and not fault of the hotel. I’d stay there again since it is pet friendly. I would suggest expanding their green space to accommodate pet potty areas

Hotel was a good basic place to rest up for the night. Location was the best feature! Short walk to a lot of good restaurants and the coast. Air conditioner/heater was a bit loud and blows right onto the bed, but other than that it was ok.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was very very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to local attractions shopping and dining. Overall great experience with this hotel

Great lil place to stay. I wish they had a tub stopper so I could of taken a bath. Other than that perfect for one night. Very, very quiet location

Customer service was great. Rooms for a decent size also very clean. Beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there. I will be staying there again. How the shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Smile

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front staff were helpful and kind. The location was 2 blocks from the Embarcadero. There was no pool or Jacuzzi though.
