Lofoten Bed & Breakfast Reine - Rooms & Apartments

A fantastic place to stay! It is centrally located in Reine and I had a nice apartment. The included breakfast is simple but very nice and the host and the staff are very friendly, nice and always up for a talk. It’s not a question if I am returning, it’s a question of when :-)

Rooms are tastefully renovated, showers are great, breakfast is simple but good, location is good, noise and customer service is sub-par. This is an older style building so expect noise, especially if you are allocated a room on the lower levels. I was kept awake by people above me moving around/moving furniture/talking till all hours of the morning (both nights). I asked to move rooms after the first night, but was informed that "Unfortunately we do not have any rooms that are more quiet than others". There is no reception to be able to talk to someone and emal communication was sub-par e.g. (my request to move rooms was at 11:20pm the first night, reply from the buisness was 6:20pm the next day). Advice to travellers: (1) Prepare with all you need to know before you arrive at this B&B, I wouldn't count on your questions being answered in a hurry once you arrive. (2) Take earplugs for sleeping and (3) If you are a guest on the top floors, be aware that every noise you make (including walking up the stairs and along the corridors), can be heard underneath you.

Thank you for the nice welcome. We had a lovely time and the apartment was lovely and clean. The B and B has recently been upgraded with new furniture, a dining area, some fresh paint. We were made feel welcome. The views are great and the area is beautiful.

Location, breakfast offerings and very nice staff at the property. It was beautifully furnished throughout and had a nice outdoor area. Really great shower pressure and nice view over the fjord. Bus stop right across the road and very good base for a trip to Reine. Jelena and Therese made us feel very welcome and would recommend it as a great value, centrally based property for a first visit to Lofoten.

Wir waren bestimmt zum 5. Mal hier, wir lieben das B&B und die Lage. Unser kleines Appartement hatte einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Reine. Frühstück immer liebevoll und ausreichend. Einziges Manko diesmal: der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist jetzt der Parkplatz für den Reinebringen. D.h. Autolärm von früh bis spät und man selbst hat Mühe einen Platz zu finden, wenn man vor 18 Uhr zurück kommt. Aber dafür kann die Besitzerin nichts. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und konnte mir mit meinen Anliegen unkompliziert weiterhelfen. Obwohl nicht viele Gäste im B&B waren, war das Frühstück sehr vielfältig, lecker und für jeden ist etwas dabei (Fisch, Fleisch, vegetarisch). Sehr neues Zimmer mit Badezimmer. Föhn, Wasserkocher und gutes WLAN.
