It has air conditioning and heat pump through ducts for greater climatic efficiency. The two bedrooms have their bathroom attached and the living room has a sofa, dining table and 46 ”Samsung Led Smart Tv. The bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with drawers and the beds have quality spring mattresses. The kitchen is new with State-of-the-art appliances which has a direct access to the terrace. It has 40 square meters of room.
