This beautiful room was so comfortable…..the host was so kind and welcoming…….the room had everything we needed and more …..i would recommend this charming place to anyone….thank you so much ….cant wait to visit again…five stars ….kind regards

A last minute find and what a find it was. Beautiful accommodation, very comfortable everything you could need and much much more. We will be back,cant wait to visit again. Would 100% recommend to couples. Litte hick up but was to do with the booking agents not the host, however the host gave us an extra hour the next day.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying here while nearby for business! Came across it by chance and very pleased I did. Completely spotless, lovely attention to detail and added bonus of a secure car parking space behind electric gates. Great nights sleep in a super comfy bed and peaceful surroundings- just what I needed before a busy work day! Will definitely be booking a meeting nearby again soon so I get to stay here again!

We just spent two nights at this delightful immaculate property. The room had everything we needed, & more, to make us comfortble. The kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle was very useful. The electric fan was nice during the hot weather. Secure car parking behind an electric gate is included. The host was available if needed, but we didn't need to bother him as everything had been thought of and provided ! We would be happy to return again.

Wow, just wow. A real hidden Gem. we stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting family in Northampton. The rural location is super quiet- yet central to lots of local amenities. The beds are super comfy and rooms have all you need for a night away. You are allocated a free parking space so no hassle getting your luggage to room. Will definitely be booking again.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The hosts couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best could be. Benjamin was very helpful and ensured we felt very welcome. Secure car parking was an added bonus and the local pub was recommended by our hosts that was very nice and well worth a visit.
