Ulasan Hotel Dev Residency

I had a very bad experience as mailed also u. I will share details tomorrow as i come back home. There was seepage and dampness in all room and ceiling no balcony, no wi fi in room. We didn’t stay in super luxury room but they offer another room, Really a very hopeless and bad experience this time with u and i don’t know how u will compensate me for it. Hot water was available only between 7am to 9 am only that is also absurd. We went for outing for rest mode and not to wake up in early morning to avail hot water. How stupid is this facility.

It was a good stay but they can improve more in cleanli ness location is good in market it was a good and ok stay in given budget

The room is not worth the price and staff behavior not gud property is gud location room animation ok ok room hygiene not gud

Bath room fitting were not good. Hot water is available upto 9 am only. Otherwise stay was very good

Nice location and nice hotel rooms are clean and hotel staff are so cooperative and food also nice parking facilities is one the best in this location and all is very good to stay here thank you make my trip. Thank you

Prime location, close to the market and nakki lake. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Bathroom was not in good condition and bad sheet wear dirty i think the maintenance was not done regularly

It was terrible stay. No cleaniness on stay. Service was not good and also to much disturbance. Hygiene is not good. No shampoo. Door lock issues.

When we arrived, the rooms were not ready. We had to wait for an hour for them to be prepared, and when we finally got in, the rooms were very dirty. We had to argue to get different rooms.

The room was good & they are very kind people. After checkout they allow us to put bags and we came late evening so they provided 1 room for getting ready without any cost

a great property, at a walkable distance from the nakki lake. very supportive and responsive staff and a budget stay...only concern we had was the mattresses was not tidy...if they upkeep the internal maintenance can be the best property for the budget.... food was also good 👍

Rooms are good. Service stff is also good. Location is nice that nearby nakki lake near main by market. Overall good experience.

Location is approachable, cleanliness is an issue, no hot water available 24 hrs, limited time slot for hot water.

The pin of the place in the make my trip app is wrong. The place was difficult to find. The room was okay. Room was not very clean. The hotel provided early check in without any charges which was very nice of them.
