The room was filthy and not cleaned prior to our arrival. The floor was filthy with dirt under our feet everywhere. We put a towel next to the bed to wipe our feet. The granite countertop in the kitchenette was dusty. The nightstand was covered in a thick layer of dust as was the clock and coasters on the nightstand. The AC unit was dusty and so was the molding ledges above the bed. There was hair in the tub. Extremely disappointed.

Check in was a bit confusing, however after we got past that…the room was very comfortable and clean. Loved our balcony! The area and location was great, very walkable and felt very safe. The “club” where the gym is was especially impressive with several pools, work out areas and restaurant. Would definitely come back for another stay.

My husband and I went for my 50th birthday and had a wonderful time there. The suite was beautiful and very clean. The service was amazing. We loved it!!!! We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!!!!

Beautiful area, hotel was lovely. Every one was friendly and helpful. Hotel bed and room were comfortable. A little more traffic then we thought there would be. Still, a very nice neighborhood. Would stay again.

We stayed at the Inn at I’On for the week of our wedding, and had the whole Inn blocked for our wedding party and family during the wedding weekend. Amy and Kierra went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Amy was on site the day of the wedding and helped us set up food and drink, and cleaned the room I would be getting dressed in beautifully. Kierra answered all of our questions in the lead up to our stay and made sure all of our parties' reservations were squared away. The Inn itself was clean and charming, and the porches were an added bonus.

It was situated in a stunning area. The Inn Itself was pleasant with a nice restaurant below.
It was only 20 minutes from activities in downtown Charleston.

Great alternative to the "chain" hotels. This is like staying in a fabulous guest room of your friend's lovely home. Staff is super nice, helpful and accommodating. They bring you breakfast to order every morning. It's located just inside I'On off Matthis Ferry Rd. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Will definitely come back when we're next in Mt Pleasant.
