Hotel is under renovations. NO amenities at all. No ice machine, no gym, no breakfast, nothing. Per the front desk, you get a bed, bathroom, and TV. Rooms are renovated and furnished to regular Holiday Inn Express standards. But website is misleading, no breakfast, check out is not 11 pm. Hotel really should be closed, there are better options in the area. Once hotel renovations are complete, it should be fine. But for now, avoid this hotel. Blaming Covid for lack of amenities is disingenuous. Not worth your money.

My husband was at Stanford for Surgery and there was a possibility that I would have to check out earlier or stay longer, the manager/owner was very accommodating. Room was clean and quiet and made up everyday. The toilet started leaking and the manager had it fixed and cleaned up right away. Also, there are beautiful roses that are grown and tended to by the management. I will stay there again next time.

Awful hotel. They had a screw up with the rate, because of how I had to book it through an agency and the management felt the need to lecture me and not listen to me or work with me. Just awful customer service who wouldn’t even listen to me and talked over me. In addition, the room I had was basically windowless looking out on a wall that was so close it let in absolutely no natural light. This was due to the hotel design to get in more rooms, not other buildings. I arrived later at night due to my flight being delayed and it took over 30 minutes to check in because their card reader wouldn’t work. Their breakfast wasn’t even as good as all other Hampton Inns I have stayed at since it only had Apples for fruit and some people can’t have them due to not being able to bite into a full apple without cutting it up or fructose allergies - absolutely no other options, unlike every other Hampton I’ve stayed in. Their “spa” was even closed because of issues. They seriously need new management at this hotel, since they clearly aren’t running a smooth organization with so many problems. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Both exterior and interior spaces are in excellent condition. Everything looked new and modern. Very comfortable and clean and location was nice. Short drive to the Shoreline Amphitheater and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Young woman at the front desk was very friendly, cheerful and efficient. Definitely would stay here again!! Highly recommend this place!

Rooms and outdoor areas were well kept and clean. Breakfast bar was always stocked and coffee available and hot. The Mountain View location is head and shoulders above the one I stayed with in Fremont and well worth the slightly higher rate. A special shout out to Gaurab. He was extremely enthusiastic and helpful for whatever need I had, always with a smile on multiple stays.

Upon check-in, we saw stains on the linens and had to walk to the front desk to ask for them to be changed. Spots were yellow and also red. Housekeeping came in to change the sheets and we noticed those were also stained yellow. Housekeeper then went to get another set which was clean. There was a hair on the toilet seat and several hairs in the bathtub near the drain which we had the housekeeper then clean. It was a hassle we were not expecting, having to stand outside and wait and tell the staff what needed to be cleaned.The dressers were covered in dust and looked like they had not been wiped. When we wiped them ourselves the dirt was thick. Was not able to go barefoot due to the floor being filthy, carpet was stained and housekeeping had to come vacuum but still left it very dirty. In the time of Covid I would expect things to be extra clean, not gross.
