Обычно останавливаюсь во всех поездках. Хотя как останавливаюсь…. по факту живу по 7-14 дней. Всё, как всегда. Отличия отеля в Бишкеке это не внимательность персонала к уборке номеров. Окна с улицы в отеле откровенно грязные. Как-то день были проблемы с горячей водой. Зато есть YouTube на телевизоре и хороший Wi-fi. Наверху отеля вполне себе хороший ресторан, но с нюансами обслуживания. Весь персонал говорит на русском и вполне на английском. Гости, приятные люди. Ни разу не видел ни одной конфликтной ситуации. С завтраком конечно было не понимание, зачем фреш разбавлять пакетированным соком… Но в целом всё вполне не плохо. Во всяком случае переезжать в другой отель, желания не было.

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable. If we needed anything, they were delighted to help in any situation! 100% recommendation!!!

За эти деньги был предоставлен великолепный номер а также включены завтраки. В номере качественный ремонт и отделка. Хорошая большая мягкая кровать, панорамные окна, кондиционер, хорошая дорогая мебель, отличная ванна. А также все расходники: мыло, шампунь, халаты, полотенце. Всем рекомендую, сервис отличный6 обязательно приеду еще раз.

My stay at the Ramada in Bishkek wasn’t great and I couldn’t wait to leave! Upon arrival the guy on reception was so rude and looked at me like a piece of dirt. I asked if any rooms had a good view (which they did because I’ve seen the photos), he laughed, lied and said no! Originally put on the 3rd floor it seemed really busy. I got 3 hours sleep the first night as other guests decided to “hang out” in the corridors. I was actually quite scared as they were being really loud, aggressive and just being a nuisance. The next day I asked to move, which they allowed me to. I moved up one floor, sadly I encountered another group of people travelling together who also liked to leave their room doors wide open so that they could go between rooms. Seriously never experienced a hotel like it, I barely slept again and my 4 nights of lacklustre sleep were appalling. First room the tv didn’t work, there were hair all over the floor and also on my pillow. Second room the tv worked but all channels were in Russian and if you’d like any tea tray refills you’ll have to ask!! Breakfast was okay, you can get an omelette or eggs when they can be bothered to come out of their cupboard. Most things are laid out and you can help yourself, which is fine. The best thing about this place is the location and being able to walk places. Beware it was the Golden Tulip hotel until Ramada took it over and don’t seem to have done any improvements. Room configurations are weird and have more hidden corners that are just odd. Airport transfers are $20 which seems quite excessive for Bishkek. A taxi is roughly 1,000 KGS. Safe to say I wouldn’t stay here again and possibly not at another Ramada either.

Three-week solo business stay in March-April 2022. Perfectly clean room with modern fixtures and furniture. Fast and reliable wi-fi throughout hotel. Very high-quality breakfast included with room, with diverse, tasty, hot and cold buffet options as well as eggs, pancakes, etc. cooked to order. Small but well-equipped fitness room with weight machine, stair climber, treadmill, free weights. Very quiet location but within close walking distance from city center, Erkindik greenway, many great restaurants, supermarket, etc. Considering all this as well as price, I think that it would be difficult to find a better option, even among hotels with more famous international names nearby. The staff are all very professional and genuinely happy to help. Over my long stay, I felt fortunate to receive excellent service from Kymbat, Asel, and Ayana at the front desk, as well as Timur, Samat, and Azamat in the restaurant. All these staff members worked with admirable efficiency and energy even though they seem to work extremely (perhaps excessively) long shifts. I hope that management recognizes their great work, perhaps with overtime pay for the longest shifts, and gives them a chance to rest during the slow times in the middle of the night! I am sorry not to have noted the housekeepers' names (they do not have name tags, but still I regret not asking), but they always did perfect work and should be recognized too.

Это грустная история. 4 звёзды отель себе присвоил, вероятно, на том основании, что в нем есть бассейн. В остальном же - это Бог весть что. Местоположение прекрасное, под окнами вечная пробка и гудки. При поселении взяли деньги за ранний заезд. Всё бы ничего, но сначала поселили, а уже потом взяли. Карточку дали одну на двоих и на просьбы дать вторую, поскольку это просто нормально, а иметь одну карточку ненормально и неудобно, ответили, что нет, мол, не положено. ********. Стульчак от унитаза живёт отдельно. Кабина в душе закрывается наполовину, потому что дверь попросту у́же проёма, дверь в туалет не закрывается вовсе. Кондиционер шумит, но не вентилирует. Холодильник просто шумит. А розетка в номере одна, спрятанная за холодильником. В общем, комфорта не ждите. Не для того существует этот суровый бишкекский отель, чтобы вы а нем расслаблялись, понимаете ли. В тонусе надо быть, товарищи!

Прекрасная гостиница , соответствует своим звездам. Все очень чисто , отель выполнен в приятном в соответствии с названием дизайном . Персонал отеля очень вежливый , предупредительный и дружелюбный . Отдельное спасибо администрации отеля . При отъезде в спешке забыли бумажник с наличкой - о чем незамедлительно были поставлены в известность , и уже дома на другой день получили нашу пропажу . Благодарим , помним и надеемся еще раз посетить столицу Кыргызстана с такими теплыми и отзывчивыми людьми .

PPengguna Tetamu They had pre arranged a taxi service from the airport, and he was waiting for me right at the doors as I finally completed my 28 hours in transit from Sydney. This man was my first experience of anyone really in Bishkek and he was so friendly and helpful. We chatted endlessly whilst he drove me to my destination and although I was tired I wished we could have spoken for another little while. Once inside the hotel, he helped me check in to the hotel as my knowledge of Russian is non existent and the young man behind the counter had limited English. I headed upstairs and had an amazing sleep after a hot shower. The beds are super comfortable and after getting myself sorted around 11am the staff at the front desk really did go above and beyond helping me get my sim card active (they even took me to the supermarket to add data to my sim) they then organised a taxi to take me to the bank and bring me back and all of this they offered me a lunch as I had missed out in breakfast. They also upgraded me from a double room to a room with a separate lounge and bedroom. The next day before checking out they again arranged a taxi for my destination and also gave me a take away lunch as I had missed breakfast that first morning. This was my first long haul flight after 2 years and the staff at hotel De'mar really helped me settle in and avoid jet lag. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you are ever thinking of visiting Bishkek.

We stayed here as part of our tour of Kyrgyzstan. This hotel caters well for both the leisure and business traveller. Our room was clean and well equipped with a mini bar, coffee percolator and good toiletries. Food was served was on the 7th floor and there was a terrace you could sit on. Breakfast had a reasonable choice and quality but I found it a bit odd that an egg and waffle was served to the table separately without actually asking for it. The beds were very hard but not unusual in this part of the world. Staff were helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend when visiting Bishkek. (Across the road is a great real ale bar we visited).

Good range of toiletries/robes/brew kit(no milk). Breakfast was a very elaborate spread, everything from fresh omelette to sushi. Wi-fi good. Defiantly recommend.

Хорошие, свежие завтраки, хорошая выпечка, всегда повара пекут все сами ежедневно, идеальное соотношение цена/качество. В отеле есть два конференц-зала, лаундж зона, открытая веранда. В санузел всегда дают шампунь, гель для душа, туалетное мыло. Очень чисто, уютно, все продумано. В номере хорошо все продумано: две кровати, два стула, стол, электрический чайник, чашки с блюдами, стаканы, холодильник, фен, кондиционер, телевизор, телефон. Ежедневно даётся питьевая вода, чай. Рекомендую остановиться в этом прекрасном, колоритно, сказочно отеле !

PPengguna TetamuA nice hotel but certainly not a 4 star as it is mentioned on most of the booking websites. Room service, Food & Beverages not available 24/7. Self service to fill up drinking water in a jug kept in the room from a dispenser kept on each floor near the elevator. All Rooms are different sizes so if you book them as per the info, you will be in for a surprise. The location of this property is absolutely perfect right in the city centre with everything close by. It has a restaurant with a wonderful view. The breakfast lacked the variety you would expect but decent though.

PPengguna Tetamu Stayed here 3 nights as part of a Central Asia tour. The hotel is modern and clean. My room is huge!! Big bed, large bathroom with bidet, hot water kettle, safe, mini-fridge, even a nice balcony. I arrived at 2am after a long flight and the staff was friendly and efficient in gettmg me into my room with no hassles. Breakfast is included with a good selection of cereals, cold cuts, breads, juices and cooked to order egg options. I only hope the rest of my trip has hotels like B Hotel here in Bishkek. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location on a quiet street is walking distance close to popular attractions and beautiful parks. Very impressed. I would stay in this hotel any time.
