Rooms were good but furniture was old. Staff were polite but slow. The main issue was slow water in bathroom

Entrance is from inside a restaurant. No lift. Only luke warm water for bath no hot water. Food is expensive against the hygiene and premises. Charged higher than other good hotels where i stay regularly

Cancel-led my stay, but paid for the extra bed also stayed in another hotel. So much of crowd, ambience not good. Toilet and bathroom was too small even we cant turn here and there

The location was very next to station and even a cab/taxi can't reach out there. The rooms were unpleasant and specially super deluxe rooms were very bad the ac was broken, bathroom had unpleasant odour and the executive room was manageable but the mirrors were n't clean. It was a bad experience for me
