The resort is very okay please don't go by the pictures. The amenities are provided by a club next to the hotel and the way to go there is really not good you have to go through a garage and then submit your room card to the club and many other things which don't make it comfortable. The rooms are good but no soundproofing at all everything can be heard in the hallway. There are gaps in the door frame as well. No valet parking services. It's a only veg hotel and outside food is not allowed. People at the reception are also not that hospitable. The ac wasn't switched on in the lobby on a hot summer day. Overall wouldn't recommend spend a bit more and go to any resort in madh island

Where should one start? cockroaches everywhere, rooms dirty, toilets dirty, there are stains of probably vomit and many other things that drunk guests leave behind. The good reviews on this hotel are misleading. They are either for the restaurants or the sports club (which is also shut for maintenance) when i looked at all the 5 star reviews on google maps, it looked suspicious. The rooftop and ground floor disco has horrible music blaring down your ears all night. People going to these venues leave high reviews which the hotel is using to mislead people

The hotel didn't provide us the services like hi tea and late checkout although while booking it was clearly written all of these will be provided
on top of that hotel took additional service charges for food ordered in the room the table in the room was broken the front desk person denied these services in shrude way without even asking for details the breakfast provided next morning was not that great as well the room had no dental kit and soap needed for bath !

The stay was very good. They have a big pool and the location is very convenient. The food and service was decent too. The overall property needs a refurbishment as many things are worn out. The lifts and entrance lobbies at 1 and g floor were shabby and not up to the mark. There were some shows organized in the vicinity which created noise till 2 am midnight and disturbed our sleep. The hotel needs to be mindful of such things. Thank you.

No proper service. The hotel is not maintained and while booking they confirm hi-tea complimentary and then cancel it.

This hotel is very noisy as they have the parties going on till 03:00 am. My guest checked out yesterday itself. Hotel manager promised the guest to partially refund for the first night and full refund for the second night. So please help me to get the refund.

The location is good. The room is even better. The rooftop bar was excellent. But at breakfast flies were around the buffet.

There was a power cut for 3. 5hrs and no water supply from 9 pm to 12:30 am. The hotel denied the free complementary evening hi tea and late checkout. There were bed bugs and the room condition was unhygienic.
