My stay experience was good at residency hotel. The food quality and quantity was enough for two persons. I was their for four days with my family and i happy to say that the hotel, food is too good.

The ac is not working in my room. I have bring it infron of front desk but they denied to change the room and i have suffered alot due to it. I asked for water and the room service people gave me ro filled water in used bottle. Worst food for breakfast.

Its always good to stay at residency, peaceful stay. The towels can be better and breakfast can improve.

I had stayed for a business trip on 6-9 May, rooms are okay but outdated, location is good. The worst part is the service. They do not clean the room even after repeated follow up. Not even give water bottle after 3-4 times request. Don’t have the curtsy to change the towels and make the bed every day. Highly overpriced hotel with service below oyo standard.

The hotel was great. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room service was great and timely as well. Although i was there only for a day, i have no complaints from the hotel, everything from the food to their service is pretty spot on.
