Good hotel. near by the airport. Perfect breakfast

This hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, so to and fro is breeze. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they answered all our queries attentively. The breakfast is very nice, with a very good spread of Indian dishes and fresh. Menu was not repetitive for the 4 days we were there. Even the breakfast staff were very courteous. Easy to hail rickshaw from outside the airport. Definitely recommend it to stay here.

We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and the food was delicious. I will definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

It was amazing staying in this hotel not too far frok the airport. The staff were amazing, very kind and extremely helpful. The conceirge service was great, especially the quality of the Laundry Service.

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Checking in was easy. Rooms are big and clean. We required an extra bed which was promptly provided. the extra bed was a camp bed and wasn't comfortable so we asked for it to be removed and we slept 3 in a bed - it was a super king size. I liked that this hotel is environmentally friendly. From the soap dispensers and shower / shampoo dispensers to the glass bottles. The food was excellent and the service at breakfast was super friendly and catered to dietary requirements. 7th floor has yet to be finished (but we managed to see the New Year's Eve fireworks from this floor). I think that is where the gym might be, but we were too busy in Mumbai to consider using the gym. Free shuttle to airport is an added bonus.

Wonderful experience. Recommended for all types of events. Had a lovely time with friends and family. Ideal for business trips too. Rooms are very spacious which is a rare find in mumbai. Overall a great experience. Must try food In cinnamon

Really satisfactory experience for me at this hotel... Stayed in an their executive room, which is spacious and with all required amenities. Check in and check out was smooth. Breakfast spread is quite reasonable and the food was tasty. Excellent service from the staff, both at the counter and at the restaurant. Location is near to western express highway and around 3 km from T2 terminal. The street in which hotel is located is bit crowded.

Suba was an excellent choice for us. They treated us very well as soon as we arrived and were very helpful for our whole stay. Vishal, in particular was amazing. He helped us set up an Indian sim card for our phones, gave great advice on where to eat and what to see. He even helped us with tickets for the cricket test match. When we forgot to pay our bill for a car hire, he even helped arrange with our next hotel how to take care of it. This saved us lots of time and money in taxis. When we return to Mumbai to fly back to London we definitely stay at Suba again. 10/10 service Thank you Vishal, and the whole team.

The hotel is one of the best to stay in Mumbai. The rooms are spacious, the service is excellent and staff is courteous and accommodative to any request. The restaurant food quality, particularly breakfast and buffet, is excellent. Being close to airport, it is a best option to stay during transit journey.

THis could perhaps be my 6th or 7th stay at this hotel. And I am happy to see the same familar faces over the last 5 years - which speaks well of the HR policies it adopts. The rooms were immaculately maintained, clean and well appointed. The Housekeeping was spot on - and a special mention of their HK Staff Ms Rupa who does a fabulous job behind the scenes to make our stay comfortable. And a Big shout to Lancy and the Room Service team who never fail to impress with their anticipation and response to a customer's requests. As usual, the food was top notch - enjoyed the room service and the service at the Cinnamon Restaurant. The check-in, check-out and complimentary airport drop make the experience of stay at this hotel very memorable. Just a suggestion for the Hotel to consider: the Glass partition in the shower area needs to be longer - presently the splash from the shower area makes much of the floor of the bathroom wet and slippery. And do consider fixing safety handles/grab bars for the wellbeing of your guests who use the shower cubicle.
