Staff were super hospitable, breakfast and dinner were decadent and during dinner each dish/course was introduced to us in detail. The onsen was also super nice and relaxing with full amenities provided.

Everything was great! The dinner was wonderful, especially the beef and fish with mashed potatoes (a French dish). Everything is explained very clearly and politely! The staff is very warm-hearted.

It is a newly designed Japanese-style hotel. The large bathhouse is also very beautiful. It is also newly designed. The Western-style rooms are not big but very beautiful. The view from the open-air bath is pretty good. You can open the sliding door connecting the garden in the lobby and go out. The garden is very large, with several smoking hot springs and red leaves. It is as beautiful as a fairyland, but it is quite cold and windy, so you cannot stay outside for too long, which is a pity. Such beautiful garden scenery can also be seen from the room terrace. The dinner was very delicious, especially the yusheng and the last dessert of a taro ice cream ball sandwiched between two pieces of pancake. The dining area is also very beautiful, with a separate room with glass sliding doors.

住了很多的溫泉酒店，這家真的非常chill，非常特別，在火山上，遊客不多，一個讓人特別有私穩度的地方。所有的服務都非常非常棒。我會再去。

We had a very nice experience here. Service was considerate and personal, the room was clean and comfortable and the meal was very solid. The set up is a little bit like a cross between a hotel and a ryokan. You have complete privacy in your room and you eat in their dining room, but the meals are fixed. It was unfortunately raining when we were there, but the grounds are stunning too. The overall decor of the hotel is more contemporary than traditional. One thing to know is that in Japanese inns, meal times are set with a couple options in a narrow window. Because we were running late, we were scheduled to arrive around 7pm which is the last starting time they are able to accommodate normally. However, when we called, they were very understanding, offering a start time as last as 7:30pm and wishing us safe travels.
