This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

It was a good stay the staff is wonderful helpful soft-spoken the breakfast includes alot of variety. The food is tasty specially dinner. Only drawback that the rooms are extremely small u dont get a proper space to keep your suitcase.

To be honest, I booked 2 Days before arrival for 08-11JAN25. There was nothing less 100 USD per night in Colaba. With my booking I was requesting a room with Kingsize bed on a higher floor. I got a Twin Room on lower floor! After complaining, the Manager Lady gave me a King Bed Room - but still 3. Floor! Guys, don't live on that low level at all! It was noicy all day and all night! Just between 02-05 AM I could sleep a bit! I think. lower then 6. Floor there is no daylight, no quietness and no chance to open the windows! No View of course (especailly no sea view as mentioned in the hotel description here)!
At the end I enjoyed it a bit, cause most of the time I was outside Hotel anyway.
A Hotelroom should be a heaven of peace, comfort and quietness!
Last night both of my neighbor rooms where occupied with locals (men). I was in the middle! Talking, Drinking, cooking Rice and clapping the doors permanently! Crazy! So, be careful guys when booking this Hotel! Even its New (just 1 year old now)!

What i appreciated the most was that the stay was clean and hygienic. Their 24/7 assistance was most appreciated since we came back to the room at around 11 30 and they were available at the reception to bill our food purchases. Would definitely stay here every-time i visit mumbai in the near future.

Overall a good experience. Amenities are there but you have to pay to play pool, snooker, sky hockey, etc..only steam room but no sauna room. Changing rooms are not very clean. Check out time is at 10am which is too early especially when they are serving breakfast till 10:30am. Shower in the room is not good as the water comes very slowly. Hair dryer provided is of poor quality. Mattress provided is spring mattress which not comfortable to sleep. Food and drink menu prices are unrealistic.

It is a reasonable hotel for the rate we paid.
The most impressive was their ” Cleanliness ” and ” Hospitality ” by all Staff at Reception ( the one stood out was especillay Mr.Frank ) and Hospitality by all at the restaurant Rasoi ( the one stood out was especillay Mr. Nikhel )

Ich war sechs Tage in diesem Hotel und kann nur positives berichten. Das Essen ist von hoher Qualität, *** bekommt auch internationales Essen, der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauberkeit und schöne Zimmer sind auch gegeben. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Bar, die teilweise Livemusik spielt und wo *** auch alkoholische Getränke bekommt . Daher wird Die Bar auch von Touristen besucht, die in anderen Hotels zu wohnen, weil die Bar eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre bietet. In Indien sind die Qualitätsunterschiede bei den Hotels ziemlich hoch, aber hier kann *** nichts falsch machen und daher empfehle ich es uneingeschränkt weiter.

PPengguna TetamuOverall it was a good stay. The staff was very helpful and the amenities were good as well. The bedsheets were a little dirty from the edges and so were the pillows which we had to get changed after calling the hotel reception. One of the biggest advantage is how close the hotel is to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Mumbai international airport. We could stay till late and then get to the airpot on time as well. So overall it was good.

PPengguna TetamuOur recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings.
Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down.
The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service compensated for these minor lapses.
The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner.
Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time.
In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIt’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.

The hotel's exterior facilities look okay, but the hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and the contact has replaced a new one, which is not good. The sofa has mold in the corner, the whole guest room and hallway are moldy smell, will not come again, cheap is really a problem.

I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive.
So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect.
The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful.
The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles.
The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job.
Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!
