Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Mumbai

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

The hospitality and service of the staff was excellent. The room was not clean and felt very dusty most of the times even after it was vacuumed. The mattress was a spring mattress which was of a poor quality and unfortunately they couldn't replace with a better one which resulted in uncomfortable sleep at nights. Apart from this the overall stay was amazing like the jacuzzi, steam/sauna rooms, swimming pool, etc...

The hotel spot is good and close to the airport. Like all the Ibis hotel, the stay feel like at home.

Had an absolutely amazing time at four seasons! From the kindness and the smiles from all the staff to the cleanliness and spacious room. Everything was perfect! We were lucky to have our roon upgraded, and there were balloons, cute sweets, and a chocolate cake at our room! Which was a wonderful surprise and made our engagement and my fiancee's birthday celebration even more special! Room service was super efficient, and the food was amazing! Dinner at san:qi was pleasant! Good interiors and not at all loud, perfect place to go on an intimate date. The food was great, and so was the service - special thanks to Nikhil, who took care of us!! Overall, it was a great experience! Hospitality at its finest! 100% recommend.

I was upset at beginning with so many complains but they were very quick to resolve everything. I am impressed with their quick response. Kudos to the team. I had written a long review of all problems I had faced but their team was very quick on fixing everything and calling to apologize for the experience. I am happy to see such a turnover and making it a wonderful stay for their guest

I loved our stay at President - Ihcl SeleQtions hotel during my business trip. The ambience is really good and staff is so cooperative. Meals were on point (considering me being health freak), food was clean and upto the mark. A few locations as Marine drive, Gateway of India, Hotel Taj - everything is so nearby to roam around. I asked them for a special dinner planning and they were so helpful in arranging everything on time. I would definitely love to visit again and stay there only.

Have been staying at this place a decade ago. It has changed for the worst. CONS: The rooms and wahsrooms are dirty and basic amenities are missing and not offered. Would not recommend for family or couples trip. Only bath towels are provided and nothing else. This place does not offer breakfast, but has provision for nearby hotels delivering food here. PROS: The pricing of this place is unbeatable. A business stay maybe okay, if money is to be saved. The location is best - bang opposite the domestic airport. The AC works well
