Ulasan Business & Budget Hotel Tessin

Molto comodo alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, facile da trovare. Camera piccola, però giusta per il prezzo pagato. Molto scomodo l’unico cuscino che è a disposizione

Man musste anrufen um ins Hotel zu kommen. Derjenige, der am anderen Ende war, hat nur "Hallo" in den Hörer gebrüllt. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist freundlich bemüht, spricht aber kein Deutsch. Was überhaupt nicht geht: die Handtücher waren schmutzig. Sonst in Ordnung.

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación. Está justo al lado de la estación Laim, donde pasan las líneas del tren hacia el centro, tarda solo unos minutos. El precio del hotel es excelente teniendo en cuenta los precios bastante elevados de Munich. Limpieza y las instalaciones son mínimos, pero vuelvo a decir, por el precio está muy bien

門口有啲難入。沒有洗衣服務，沒有風筒，環境正常乾淨，啲燈光有啲不足。 有點舊，不過這個價錢住兩晚都ok。

地理位置優越，交通便利，出行方便！

Strange ‘frontdoor’ it is located in some kind of appartement building. Be there on time, or you cannot get in! Rooms are small but ok. Some places smell like there is a lot of (hash) smoking going on. Below the appartement is a bar/dacing with music you hear well. Breakfast was very good. Nice staff! Parkinggarage in the back of the building. Low ceeling and not much of camerasight, but it does what needs to be done.

Stayed there for two days; two adults and a kid. Clean, neat and friendly. Small rooms, but they have what is needed. Extra plus for three proper beds in the triple room. Convenient location just a short walk from the Laim train station, which makes both city centre and airport easily accessible. Difficult to find better value for money in Munich for the budget traveller.

This hotel was in terrible condition with holes in the wall, no firealarm present, doesn´t speak english. Room was overall ok, bathroom was not very nice. Breakfast not included and a quick glance in the room put us of from eating there anyway.

Bus and train stations are close by

Hotel Tessin is a very basic, unassuming hotel in an office building very close to the Laim train station. Easy access to the train for getting around Munich was very convenient. It is also within walking distance of the Nymphenburg Palace, which is a great place for a walk. On the downside, the hotel is in a very run down office building and a little difficult to find. Two of the outlets in our room didn’t work, nor did the two lights in either side of the bed. The lock on the room door was also a bit unnerving. The door had to be locked with a key from the inside. If there had been an emergency that required a speedy exit, it would have been a very dangerous situation.

It's easy to reach and the price is fine. The staff is very kind. Nevertheless, there is a bar just next door and they partied all night long till 4 AM. It was a sleeples night for us.

The boss is very kindly. The Metro is very close.
