tidy and decent room, a bit far away from city centre but still convenient to travel to the city via trains or tram. we were originally allocated a smelly room but a friendly staff immediately changed for us

Room are true to pictures. Chose this hotel because it's much cheaper than others in the city centre & because it has a direct train line (S8) to the airport. 3 tram stops from Munchen Pasing station. Around 25 mins to the city centre via tram S19. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfy, very true to pictures in website. Happened to chance upon their "older rooms" but they look much nicer in real life. No water kettle to boil water in the room BUT the front desk & other staff will give you a jug of hot water anytime. Great service!

Good location, near Train station, Tram.
Room is very small but ok for Asian.
Room is not suitable for big suitcase. Toilet is good.
Value for money.

We were tired and waited in Reception for about 20 min. Nobody was there. Then came the receptionist with a grumpy face no smile at all. Apart from that everything thing was okey

The receptionists were not friendly at all, and dealing with us as we are stupid, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for any respectful customer.
Also I wanted bed for two persons and what I got was two small bed !
I didn’t even talk to the receptionists because of how they talk to people.

It is a very conscientious hotel for the price. There is no refrigerator, but there is a bathroom and a hairdryer in the room.

15-20 mins walking dist from the train station. Reception is nice to allow us to put our luggages before and after check in. The room is clean and decent.
