Central Hotel-Apart Munchen

From the airport, you have two ways to get to the hotel. Plan A : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take U5 and get off at Innsbruck Ring. Change trains to U2 and get off at Josefsburg. Take the elevator on your right to the ground. Walk to the right and you can see the hotel on your left. Plan B : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take tram 21 and get off at the stop(see pictures below). Walk to the church and you can see the hotel. The reception of the hotel and the building with rooms are different. Be careful. The hotel is not in the central of the city,but you could hear the church bells ringing. There's no washing machines or washing room. You can ask the reception to bring your clothes to a laundry shop nearby.

Good for one night, but don't recommend any longer. The kitchen was not equipped with all of the basics, including enough cutlery. The tap sprayed everywhere making a mess every time we used the sink. Despite there being a fold-out table, there was little room to use it as well as no chairs. We asked for a coffee maker and were told there were none and we should pay for the breakfast instead. The entire kitchen space was taken up by a giant microwave. Leaving the window open meant that we either had a great deal of cigarette smoke or a bombardment of perfume. Very little room to "live" in the space. The term apar**ent is seriously overrated.

It’s a quiet hotel, not quite in a central location but with decent transport options nearby. It’s situated in a green setting with a couple of churches nearby and I enjoyed listening to the church bells in the morning. A grocery store is very near, in general the supermarkets normally are not open on a Sunday and they shut at 8 pm (different for the British) Monday-Saturday. The balcony was spacious with some basic furniture. However, some things could be better. I arrived an hour earlier than my check in time and the older lady at the reception stared at me for longer than I was comfortable with. Then in the room the shower head had very thin holes which let out very thin water jets, and to have a decent amount of water for taking shower I had to increase the water pressure and the water jets hurt my skin. The shower curtain was too short and the shower water overspilt on the floor. The pillows were poor, soft, lumpy and shapeless. Then the cold salad dishes were too small at breakfast and if you put 2-3 tablespoons of the salad on your plate, the salad dish looks nearly empty and that does not look nice towards the other hotel guests, even though the dishes were filled with more salad later. The breakfast was very modest. And finally, I killed 3 cockroaches in my room.

Nice location. Very quiet. Nice terrace and apar**ent big enough.

Basic shortstay apar**ents, beds fine, bathrooms fine, kitchenette simple yet functional. Conveniently located near the U2 subway and tram 21.

Good place to stay highly recommend

The showers were terrible, the water was leaking from side of the screen to the floor. Fridge was broken, had to change the room to the Noisy room. Not nice experience as a whole and will not stay here in the future.
