It was incredibly thorough; they recommended so many great local eateries, and not a single one disappointed! When checking in, the front desk attendant even offered a choice of scents, and once I picked one, it was brought to my room immediately. Sleeping with that aroma at night was wonderfully soothing.

The staff were gentle and accommodating. It’s a great base for exploring, and our stay with the kids was excellent. We'd definitely consider coming back next time.

This hotel has a unique design and is very clean. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and within a 15-minute walk of many dining options. The staff provided excellent service; they held onto an item I left behind until I returned a few days later. After visiting Jiuzhaigou, I came back to Chengdu and stayed another night. When I checked out, they even gave me a beautiful small gift and offered free luggage delivery to the airport, which was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!
