We stayed here during Oktoberfest 2022, these apartments were chosen because of the cost & the fact it was within walking distance to a U Bahn & a tram line (Most hotels were coming up at £1K+ for the 5 nights we were here & we would be spending most of the time out anyway) Firstly, the online check in via the app is really easy to do, my only issue is it said I could check in from 2pm, where *********** said 3pm (*********** was correct) however there is free Wi-Fi & a coffee machine in the lobby if you need to kill some time before check in. Getting the room keys was very easy, we were able to complete it ourselves via the self check in by the main entrance, the lifts are all key carded & you need the pin code to access the building after a certain time (adds a little extra security) You are right next to the Munich - Berlin autobahn, however even with our window open all night you heard no traffic at all. The room is a decent size & could easily fit a bigger bed (we had a UK double (which is 4ft 6” wide) - a UK King (5ft) would of made the sleep slightly more enjoyable) The pillows are terrible, very squishy and practically flatten when you put your head on them. The kitchenette has everything you need to make a quick meal, then espresso coffee maker is a nice touch. The bathroom is good, decent lighting & decent pressure from the shower (which is sometimes a rarity!) BUT the glass door that doesn’t have a lock & the mostly frosted glass for ‘discretion’ is a big design flaw in my eyes - There is practically no privacy when it’s in use! Ideal for Solo or Business travel
