Praktische, aangename, zeer efficiënt ingerichte kamer. In een groene buitenwijk. Openbaar vervoer op 10 minuten lopen. Geen faciliteiten en gezelligheid Goede broodjeszaak naast het hotel. Voor alleen slapen goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

We spent a weekend there in June 2023, Friday through Sunday. Location: right next to a shopping mall (Riem Arcaden) with supermarkets and food places among many others. Parking: shared parking with shopping mall, designated elevator to the hotel lobby. Parking fee 20 to 25 euros per night. Overall impression: clean, light, modern. Check in and check out: fast and polite. Room: average size, very clean, small bathroom. We paid 75 euros per night per room (two people) and for this rate everything was as good as or even better than expected. One issue: no door bolt / security latch! In total we give four and a half stars for the hotel. We would have given five stars if there had been a door bolt and some smiles from the front desk staff as we walked by. Restaurant: Evening service one star / breakfast service four stars. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. My son ordered a Schnitzel which was half the size it used to be before covid (we used to stay at this hotel 3 times a year up until 2020). He was still hungry afterwards. The Schnitzel cost 28 euros. I am coeliac and often encounter problems finding food in German restaurants. I spoke to a very friendly waiter about it who was trying to be helpful but failed miserably (not his fault). He had no idea what gluten-free meant and he wasn't fluent in German nor English. He went to the kitchen and came back with some information. Not good enough. Went back to the kitchen and came back with some more information. Still not entirely helpful. There was a side order of vegetables on the menue with a dish. I asked if I could just get a side order of plain vegetables. No, I couldn't. It was not a matter of pricing, the waiter just didn't understand what I wanted from him and kept running back to the kitchen to ask but there didn't seem anybody available to deal with my request. I decided not to eat and ordered just a small non-alcoholic wine. Got a large one instead (was only charged for a small one but they couldn't get this right either). To summarize: my son and I were the only people in the restaurant. One might wonder why. We tried to order four items in total: Schnitzel, coke, side order of veggies, non-alcoholic wine. They failed on two out of four. The restaurant really deserves zero stars from us, however, we feel one star should go to the waiter who really tried hard and remained friendly throughout! Breakfast service started out just as bad. Upon check in I had asked if they offered gluten-free options and I was told it would not be a problem. First, however, it was. The first check in lady (younger) I spoke to was in training but didn't get help from somebody experienced. She just pointed me to the two gluten-free items offered in the buffet area but couldn't not answer my questions as to whether any bread could be warmed up for me in the kitchen. Simple hotel, extremely busy with very rude staff. Stayed for the start & end of a tour. There were no clean towels so we were left with 4 hand towels to dry ourselves with. Desk staff rude & uninterested. Breakfast extremely busy and felt like feeding time at the zoo. If travelling for myself again I definitely would not stay here

Perfect for one night on trip to italy, We had a double/connected family room, it was very good. Personally missed the airconditioning but that was no surprise as is was not on the list for the room. Restaurant was good for diner and breakfest, food and drinks are good. Charging electric car is no problem, space for 4 cars next to main entrance.

Perfect hotel room, Fridge, comfy beds, English TV, WIFI, Air conditioning 10/10, Parking garage big parking bays, 10/10 . The let down 1/10 is Breakfast I used my own cereal no real effort put in here guys. The Girl on check in 10/10 Beautiful she alone makes this hotel perfect! Fix Breakfast and you are on a winner 10/10 .

Tolles Hotel, wenn man es dann endlich gefunden hat, Ausschilderung mit dem Hinweis zum Parkdeck von außen schwer einsehbar. Zimmer klein, aber wir hatten noch die Terrasse, und dies weiß man bei Motel one. Ein Stern Abzug, weil die Bar-Frühstückraum ist einfach für die Größe des Hotels zu klein. Dann am Freitag nur eine Person zum abräumen. Die Leute werden leider am Anfang nicht festgehalten um Ihnen einen Platz zuzuweisen, dadurch ist ständig Unruhe im Raum. Ansonsten alles gut und Motel One immer wieder gerne. Personal alle sehr freundlich.

Super schönes ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit herausragendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, es gibt einen Wasserkocher mit Kaffee- und Teezubereitung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Kissen und Decke fluffig. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme sicher wieder. Zudem ist das Frühstück sehr schmackhaft und hochwertig, Kaffee 1A und ”richtiger” O-Saft und Rührei. Zudem gibt es bayrische Spezialitäten wie Obazda etc. Am Vorabend waren wir im Restaurant essen, was für meinen Geschmack eher hochpreisig in Relation zum angeboteten Essen war. Ist für mich aber kein Stern Abzug wert

H2 Hotel München Messe - Comfortable hotel in all respects. The location is 5 minutes from the U-Ban and a large shopping center. The staff is very nice and happy to help. Room is equipped with all necessary things for a comfortable staying.

Hotel Obermaier is located just outside of Munich, a few stops from Marienplatz on the S Bahn. It is beautiful, clean, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel rooms are well-appointed and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The hotel also has a beer garden with wonderful food and the perfect Biergarten atmosphere. Our family of four stayed here and our teens loved their beds in the loft. They also loved the Ritter Sport and Haribo snacks in the lobby. I would come back here in a heartbeat. Hotel Obermaier is a real gem!
