Haze and Kites Resort Munnar

Amazing resort with breathtaking views. The haze they said, and haze it was, everywhere. Best of all, the staff at the property was phenomenal, totally dedicated to maximize guest experience. Enjoyed a cooking session with the chef in the evening, followed by bone fire with music and dance. Food made from scratch and was of top quality. It rained the day we arrived but the next day brought the nature at its best. Only small negative was that the door was a bit tough to open/close/lock. Overall, we would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with family and kids.

Everything about the hotel is excellent: the facilities, the food, the atmosphere...it is exclusive and everything is kept and run at high quality standards. And, also we would like to highlight, specially, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. We stayed two nights in one of the cottages and we loved it. The hotel is on top of a mountain and the views are breathtaking, specially of the susent, for example, from the swimming pool. In addition, they have different activities such as bonfire and afternoon tee drinking. We think it is ideal for couples, but it could also be superb for small families. Everything is thought to have a wonderful stay. As mentioned before, the hospitality and warmth of the staff is superb. I had a minor accident and they really took care of me and made sure that I was fine, they really made a difference. In every sense we had the most wonderful experience. We can only highly recommend it.

Wonderful luxury resort in Munnar to relax and unwind! We enjoyed beautiful views of the valley and hills from our room.Very Good breakfast . The hotel staff were so very pleasant. The Duty Manager Mr Ashik Patient and personable ... We really enjoyed lot...the infinity pool was highlights of the property. I think one of the best infinity pool in Munnar. The place and staff are simply the best. The place is worth all the time and money. Beautiful location and really very good helpful staff. We have had the best experience and the food was great too. Really looking forward to come back and stay longer.

Had an amazing stay at Haze & Kites Resort. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spotless and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The facilities were excellent, . Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Excellent property and very good service. You don't have so many rooms there and it is not a huge resort. But they have done a very good job of doing the best they can in that allotted space. Hats off to that. Good Infinity pool and delicious food too. Will surely recommend to everyone.

This hotel is set in the most serene location, the views are breathtaking. It is off the beaten track and there is no where really that you can walk to. The food was just amazing and during our 3 night stay we were more than happy to eat at the hotel restaurant. Hotel staff are all really attentive and can’t do enough for you. Lovely little touches like snacks and tea and coffee at 4.30 everyday. This place is a little bit of heaven! Would definitely recommend.

Very young, dynamic staff. I was impressed by the way they work so motivated without having a boss to tell him why to do and how to do. They genuinely care for the guests, gives appropriate suggestions which makes you feel good and appreciated. Check in and check out time needs a bit of felxibility. Otherwise the property as the staff are 5 star !!!

Food was great , ambiance and people are nice . Tried veg foods that was worth . Chef is extremely good and ask for feedback personally he was so good . all service workers are good and very humble . Very happy the people . Infinity pool . Campfiring adds value
