Ulasan Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, Manila

The rooms were clean when we first arrived. There were banners for my wife's birthday as well as a cake slice which was really sweet. Although the room smelled of carpet which is understandable because the floor was laid with it. Just wish there were air fresheners of sorts to make the room smell better. We had a pool view but sadly due to the recent typhoons it was unaccessible. The bed and pillows were comfortable and best thing is the rooms air conditioning worked properly!  Breakfast buffet was average in terms of taste. Nothing special. The staff were polite but cant really see big smiles and hospitality vibes Im used to at other hotels.  Security guards are very friendly and accommodating.

If you want a hassle free vacation .. please avoid this hotel at all cost!! We managed to get the room after 430pm only.. The complimentary birthday cake was confirmed twice but it was not delivered to the room on the actual birth date as promised. The reception wanted me to ask the celebrant instead 😱 if she has received the cake already ???!!! wait what?? It was supposed to be A SURPRISE BIRTHDAY cake! Look at the attached mediocre birthday cake which was given (after the 5th call) upon check out only ! My friend deserve a better treatment 😡

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying in Crimson. They never fail to amaze me with the staff’s enthusiasm and hospitality. They’re really dedicated in making your stay memorable and aside from the awesome bed and pillows, its the hotel staff that will surely make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

Crimson is a superb hotel especially for those who want to stay within the location of alabang. literally across festival mall and quite near westgate and alabang town center. staff was very friendly as well. would recommend 100

Staff are friendly, helpful, breakfast buffet was great and a lot of choices. My kids enjoyed the pool. What I don't like check-in and check-out line kinda slowly moving.

Very convenient location since we had to attend Snoh Aalegra’s concert in Filinvest Tent. Check-in time took quite a while but the staff are very courteous and helpful. Pool area was good and the room was huge could actually fit 4 people. Bakery downstairs had really good pastries and the hidden bar was cool.

Good location and high class hotel. However, service quite slow. Didn’t top up shampoo and body wash in room. Requested front desk but took almost 2 hours to come. Service is good but not very slow. Need improvement in service speendess.

This hotel is my go-to hotel whenever my family wants to take a staycation. Apart from the location, it is also convenient because it is close to the mall, there are many places to eat in the mall. As always the staff are very accommodating. There is also a counter for online checkin. I had a problem during my time online check in but the staff was prompt to assist.

Excellent service and the staffs are polite, and a wide variety of food selection for the morning breakfast. Keep it up and will continue to stay at this lovely hotel.

The room is good. Just didnt like the long check-in lines and the location feel like it was kind of hidden.
