Everything from the moment we checked-in till we left, was perfect the staff were really cheerful and welcoming, rooms are amazing, facilities were beautiful the food was so delicious. I simply enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback and recommend the hotel to my friends

Very modern and beautiful hotel. The design is different from typical hotels but in a very good way. The swimming pool is very nice and located on the rooftop. The lobby has various entertainments like a pool and small playground for the kids. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

من أجمل الفنادق اللتي قمت بزيارتها. يمتاز بإطلاله رائعة على خليج عمان. الفندق نظيف جداً. الغرف واسعة والخدمات مميزه. جميع الموظفين قمه في الاحترام واللباقة. الافطار جميل ورائع ومتنوع. يوجد في الفندق صالة ألعاب متنوعه من ضمنها صالة البولينج. يوجد مواقف مجانية.

I loved my stay at the Sheraton Oman. The staff were wonderful- they bent over backwards to help us. I had a couple minor issues with my room, and they came as soon as I informed them, and were fixed immediately. One of the housekeepers picked up the robe I’d been using when they were cleaning and when I asked for a replacement they brought 2 more! They were happy to bring me extra nespresso pods and milk a couple times too. The restaurant staff were so attentive and helpful- Tharindu, Pravda and Khalid and the chef, Krishna- they brought us out coffees and juices at breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. They allowed my friend and I to eat off the a la carte menu at dinner instead of the iftar menu, since the other hotel restaurants were closed for Ramadan; and when we said we had to leave early at 5am for our flight they packed a lovely to-go box with pastries, fruit, coffee, juice and eggs. I personally really appreciated that the gym was open 24 hours so I could work out before breakfast, and the equipment was pretty good for a hotel gym! My only note for other travelers would be that the hotel is a little far from some of the touristy sights of Muscat. Also, there aren’t many alternative food options around the hotel. But the hotel itself has lots of great options so for us it worked out absolutely fine.

Amazing time spent at the Ritz. Feeling like royalty as you step in as it was previously the Sultan’s palace. After a day of adventuring you feel as you’ve entered a haven of peace. The staff was helpful, elegant, and really trying to satisfy every need. They also have one of the best Chinese gastronomic restaurants I have tasted. My favorite amenities were available as they are supplied by Diptyque. Last but not least the location takes your breath away, from the poolside and beachside.

المكان في غاية الجمال و الخدمة جداً ممتازة الموظفون جداً لبقين و الغرف نظيفة و واسعة الفطور متنوع و فخم يوجد نادي للأطفال يوجد مكواة و منشر غسيل خارجي في كل غرفة مسابح للصغار منفصلة عن مسبح الكبار يوجد كافيها و مطاعم و محلات تسوق لا يوجد انشطة داخلية للكبار ( البلياردو - التنس - البينغ بونغ - الالعاب الاكترونية ) So beautiful in hotel and facilities are many outside Clean rooms and can’t fit extra bed in it They have kids club to do some activities Restaurant and cafe shops are available Spa room.. international breakfast
