السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته اشكر القائمين على الفندق علي حسن الضيافة والتعامل من الحارثي الذي في الاستقبال الي الموظفين في المطعم الاثنين الشاب والشابه اسم الشاب أمام والشابه ايمي او قريب من الاسم تعاملهم الجميل وجوه مبتسمه

انا من دبي في رحلة ترفيه مع عائلتي لاول مرة .. اعجبنا الفندق من ناحية الغرف والسعر ووجبات الفطور وتوفر مواقف السيارات واسلوب الموظفين الراقي وموقع الفندق قريب من عدة مراكز تجارية في وسط المدينة ولكن لم يعجبني الرائحة الكريهة بعد فترة المساء في غرفتنا واتمنى ايجاد حل للتخلص من هذه الرائحة. I am from Dubai on a leisure trip with my family for the first time.. We liked the hotel in terms of rooms, price, breakfast, availability of parking, the style of the staff and the location of the hotel close to several shopping centers in the city center, but I did not like the bad smell after the evening in our room, and I hope to find a solution to get rid of From this smell.

ممتاز جدا الإفطار والمكان مريح وخصوصا مقدمةالخدمة ايمم بينو كما يوجد مكان مريح للأطفال ويتوفر مقاعد خاصه بهم وبشكل عام الفندق مريح وتتوافر فيه جميع الخدمات الضرورية وقريب من جامع الأمين المطل بالقرب من الفندق وأنصح جميع الزوار بالتجربة وزيارة هذا الفندق.

I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with kitchen for a very reasonable price. Internet worked well. The included breakfast was impressive. We held a 5-day training class a n d we were well served. It is close (walking distance) to the Panorama mall Great place!

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel, truly a gem among all my travels. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest smiles and the kind of genuine hospitality that makes you feel immediately at home. The staff here are not just doing their jobs—they are excelling at them, with an evident passion for making every guest's experience exceptional. Every detail of my stay was attended to with care, and it's clear that the team takes great pride in their work. It's rare to feel so valued as a guest, but at this hotel, you truly feel like you matter. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction, creating an atmosphere of warmth and welcome that is hard to find. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Front office team who made our stay particularly memorable. Each of you brought something special to my experience, and your kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. You are all extraordinary, and I am deeply grateful for everything you did to make my stay unforgettable. This has been one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I look forward to returning in the future. To anyone considering a stay here, I can't recommend it highly enough—prepare to be treated like royalty!

Room attendant(MD. Juel) and company are polite and render their service with dedication and to satisfy customers.Foods on breakfast are great and have variety of foods to choose on.Over all I have a pleasant and relaxing stay on this Hotel

The hotel is very nice, room is spacious and comfortable. Location is convenient for access to different places. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. We met Emam who is a the staff at the breakfast and he was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff is extremely warm and friendly. He didn’t have a badge on since we arrived at 2AM, but the Gentleman from Uganda at the front desk was extremely courteous and made the check-in process fun. Adil at the breakfast place was super quick with his service and made sure we were well taken care of.

Its my place to go in Oman, it feels like home and the staff are amazing from check in to check out. Kamal in concierge and bashir in housekeeping are the nicest people i dealt with in all of Oman. The safety and facilities is beyond perfect.
