When I came after midnight (it was already Monday 27.03.2023) there were 3 men at the reception. All kind and helpful. One kindly accompanied me to the room. I'd assume he was a trainee. There was some noise at night that woke me up at night. Not sure where it was coming from, but probably from the corridor. I'd expect 4* hotel to be kind of sound proof like other hotels of that range are. When I was checking out at 7 AM the same day, I politely left the key card at the reception and greeted the receptionist, but he didn't seem to be interested in my presence. There was a grumpy and brusque receptionist at that time (short, well-groomed man). Such people shouldn't work in hospitality! In addition, when I was leaving the reception, he sighed deeply and out loud.. Such a frustrated person.. Breakfast was below the average for 4* hotels.

Fairly close to the Muscat airport this place is a good stop to collect impressions from a residential area with access to the beach. The rooms are quite spacious incl. combined leaving room and kitchen.

Ночевали в этом отеле, когда была пересадка в Омане 17 часов. Такси эконом до аэропорта через приложение стоит 2,2реала. Рядом нет нормальных магазинов, но недалеко есть заправка и на ней небольшой магазинчик, в котором есть даже подгузники(pampers), если вдруг вы с детьми и у вас закончились подгузы, как например у нас))) Завтрак отличный, есть всё, чтобы накормить себя и детей👍🏽 Кровати чистые, и это самое важное. Персонал приветливый, добрый. Единственный косяк был, это когда мы заехали, не было детской кроватки(которую мы бронировали заранее, списавшись с отелем и нам её подтвердили). А заехали мы в два часа ночи. Не очень приятно среди ночи ходить туда-сюда и улаживать эти дела. Принесли всё конечно быстро, но косяк, согласитесь.

Nice location in quiet residential area near beach. Hotel has limited parking on site. Public areas and rooms were clean. Receptionist tried to reduce to a single room from the double that I had booked. Pointed this out and was given a double ...... next to the lift, despite the hotel being practically. Poor soundproofing meant that I could hear every conversation in the corridor. Tried the pool which is on the second floor in the middle of the hotel. No towels available. I did ask a member of staff but none were forthcoming. Restaurant was empty and no bars were open as it was Eid. Service was polit and there was an extensive menu. Additional guidance on the menu explaining the dishes would have been helpful. Bar and restaurant downstairs also closed. Breakfast service staff were helpful and offered alternative options which were not laid out on buffet.

The location is perfect, right beside shopping mall Direct access from hotel from 1st floor. The room interior is quite outdated and the floor is very cold even after the air-conditioning is off. Nevertheless the service are good they will come if needed. Would stay here in the future, hopefully by then the room is having much better updated interiors

The former Sumerset apartments - nowadays Levatio suites are a good choice to stay in Muscat. Location is just perfect, parking in front of the hotel free, connected directly to Panorama Mall. Rooms: very spacious, with a living room and a kitchenette (kettle, fridge, microwave..) and a bedroom (separated by door) - from the bedroom opens the bathroom. For this type of apartment (1 bedroom apartment) you have 2 balconies - due to size of the balcony there is no space for terrace furniture. Bed is comfortable, the bath may need a bit of renovation and more attention by cleaning, but all in one is very good. There is also a roof pool, sauna and fitness center at the property with no extra charge. Staff: extremely kind and helpful, nice and even the reservation department was open for all our requests (early check-in, information about the city, location) and recommendation for breakfast and snacks at Gloria Jeans were also useful. Staff and location made our stay 10*.
